avoid at all costs, horrible breakfast, shower was a mist. Loud a/c unit. Owners are very cheap. didn't get a chance to use pool or fitness area. Staff were nice and polite. for what we paid i definitely expected better. Parking seemed safe and secured.
Best Western was very clean, breakfast was good, staff was very good. Noticed many employees sweeping, and cleaning tables. Nice view of canal, seating outside by the pool. My only complaint would be that there seemed to be some unsavory clientele. Many with children, running up and down hallways, using the elevators alone, (2,5 and 7 yr olds) that weren’t being supervised. Dropping food everywhere, camping out in the hallways, bringing furniture into the pool. Told the kids I didn’t think it was a good idea about the furniture, only to get screamed at by the parents, (5,7, 9 swimming alone) when they finally showed up. I was there to relax but left the area at that point. This is NOT the hotels fault. Didn’t bother to complain as not really the kids fault, but the parents.
We were in town for a concert in Gilford. The hotel is in a good location as far as being close to several desirable places to visit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room seemed to be average, with nothing serious worth complaining about. Like most hotels, walls are thin, and hearing neighbors' conversation isn't that big a deal. The breakfast was simple, but you shouldn't have high expectations when it's continental. All around a decent place, and I would stay again.
Stayed one night to attend a concert at Bank of NH Pavilion which is an easy drive from here. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual choices. Staff was amazing! The check in and out processes were quick, easy, and handled by competent, friendly folks. Definitely recommend!
Beware! We were quoted in writing a price for a room for a wedding we were going to. One month before the wedding we were told the price was doubled. They said we could cancel if we didn’t want to pay the new price but everything was booked in town so late. Best Western headquarters said nothing they could do either. Very bad business. I wouldn’t take the chance booking with best western again. See letter attached 4 months after we booked the room. Went from $150 a night to $300 a night. Turns out there was a concert in town so they knew they could get more money for the room.
7th floor the back of the building. Nice view park and nice walkway which I took advantage of. The area is very clean and I did see Free parking but we were at the Hotel. The room was clean But as I checked out a few things before settling in was the TV did it work, the refrig which took a while to get cold, the ac we turned on & didn't seem to get cold in the room til the sun went down. Our biggest compIaint, was the blind could not be pulled down, so the morning sun woke us up! Ours was not the only room but we bought it to the staff attention while checking out. The price was what it was & just happy it wasn't that far from the concert. Otherwise getting to the hotel we did and the staff was pleasant.
Ivy at the front desk was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make sure the guests she was checking in were well taken care of and she engaged in conversation all while keeping a smile on her face at a very busy front desk! The cleanest Best Western I've stayed at! Clean rooms and the beds are super comfy!
Staff was nice, the location was great, and it was very reasonably priced. The room, however, could have been cleaner (some dust on the furniture, a few hairs in the bathroom). The towels were flimsy, and the bedding could have been a bit more crisp and clean-feeling. The lights next to the bed didn't work at all, and most of the outlets in the room also did not work.
We came to the Summit knowing a lot of things would be closed early December. It was a quiet getaway week. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles and friendly people. We were directed to our room, the building furthest from the guest
A super a nice cafe, with all youâd want from one - great coffee, delicious homemade pastries, good food, and plenty of space to sit and work. Would absolutely come back!
Been visiting Defiant for the beer and record selection for about 1 year. What I found is genuine friendly staff and patrons. All of us enjoying a pint and some social interaction. Record selection is reasonably priced and good quality.

If I could vote more than 5 stars I would. Everything about this store and this team is AMAZING. There is not a day that goes by, (especially in the winter) that I don't have a Chaos and Kindness Top on. What they stand for and what they do for peopl
I love it here! So many options to make crafts, even if you arenât âcraftyâ (and trust me, Iâm not). Use the pottery wheel, blow glass, paint a canvas- all on your own OR in an organized group setting. This is my favorite way because you get
