Best Western Plus Kentwood Lodge - Hotel in Ketchum - 180 S Main St, USA

This is the best location in Ketchum whatever you are here for. Walk to everything. Close to the mountain, Golf, hiking, biking, whatever. This hotel is nicely designed and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is no traditional mid-level hotel breakfast, but there is a very nice custom coffee machine in the lobby and they provide $5 per person coupons for breakfast to Wrap City which is a high quality local establishment offering a variety of options. The $5 per person does not quite cover breakfast. Indoor pool is nice. Be advised that the other BW in town the Tyrolean is outdated and in extremely poor condition. This one is very nice and comfortable with an attractive mountain-lodge style design.

Great hotel such comfy bed and nice sheets!! Breakfast from Wrap City downstairs is fantastic! We love looking at the mountains from our balcony!! Such a great staff! Love Gabby at the front desk! It’s nice to be so close to town and have great air conditions too!

I highly recommend the Best Western Kentwood Lodge. The rooms are updated and very clean. Once you check in you can walk to grocery stores, art galleries, restaurants and shops. They have covered parking which is wonderful on hot days or snowy days. The owners take pride in this loved property with many personal touches. This charming property exceeded our expectations. Next time we're in town we'll stay with them again.

This was a quite fine BW. Has a “western” theme, and unique decor- not the normal sterile chain hotel junk. It is Ketchum, so of course it was expensive for what you get. It was a very convenient location to downtown and all the shops/restaurants. It was clean, nothing was broken, and it was a comfortable room. Small microwave and fridge are convenient. Bed was a little soft for my taste, and with the 6 pillows on the bed, there were good hard/soft tall/flat options. The gym was small but excellent! I didn’t use the pool but it was big and very nice looking. The coffee maker in the room was fine but the only option for creamer/sweetener was the sad packet with the napkin and plastic stirring stick. The lobby coffee maker only made lukewarm coffee- not hot or cold, was strange. There’s no breakfast there- you get a $5 coupon for the cafe next door. Plenty of parking. The nice gal at the reception let me check out a little late, which I appreciated.

I stayed here for one night with my family and was very satisfied with my stay. The room we stayed in was very clean and beds were comfortable. The location is also great and within walking distance great restaurants and many other things. The staff was also super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place!

Always very accommodating and love staying here. All of the rooms have a view. The beds and bedding is so comfy. The breakfast is included at an adjacent restaurant. Next door to a grocery store. And only blocks from fine dining and the best thrift store in all of Idaho, the Goldmine!!!$$great buys. On site laundry facilities storage lockers for ski or any sport equipment

Such a charming hotel with a great room! My kids enjoyed the warm cookies in the lobby and I enjoyed helping myself to the full service coffee machine. The pool and hot tub were clean with great water temperature. our favorite part of the stay was the wonderful lady working the front desk 2/17 evening until we checked out 2/18. She was so informative and welcoming. She made us feel like we were guests rather than customers.

The beds were good and slept very well.||There was a good hot shower.||The WIFI was adequate for personal use.||The check in process was quick and without problems.||No complimentary breakfast. For the price of this place that is a big negative. ||There is a good grocery within walking distance so you can buy item for your own breakfast
