All in all a good place to stay if you have business in the area. They have decent breakfast to get you started for the day and I believe they leave out coffee, tea, and water throughout the day. Room was good sized, clean, and serviced as requested. Front desk staff were very helpful although there was one miscommunication regarding the complimentary shuttle that we were told we could use but the front desk person at the time was not aware. As a guest you have complimentary access to the nearby LA fitness.

Due to circumstance I have been at this Hotel for 2 weeks. |It's a place I find comfort at the end of the day. I have been using this hotel for many years. It's so much that I am dissatisfied with, that time would not permit. 1. Lack of towels 2. No diversity in the breakfast menu 3. The elevator not working properly and even stopped working at one point. 4. Customer service by the manager was wanting. 5. We were told that he, the manager, could no longer accommodate us with the collection of packages. And I quote, "this cannot continue". 6. He complained that the children were making noise. We were embarrassed because we invited others to come to this hotel. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The pool was good. The exercise room was good

So at the beginning of the holiday we were really looking forward to our pool and the nightly swims, but unfortunately we were disappointed. A young man called Alexander asked us and many other bathers to leave the pool area at 9am sharp. The days before, however, we were kindly not asked to leave straight away because of our good community there. We would be happy if the pool times were more flexible and adjusted accordingly to the hotel guests :).

Great looking room. Great breakfast as well..comfy beds. Totally awesome place to stay at. I enjoyed my time here and I would surely consider coming back..

Beaucoup moins rapide le Lundi.

We chose this hotel as we have family in the area so it made it easy for us. This was our second stay at this hotel which offers great amenities including breakfast and a pool for the kids. The room was pleasant and clean. The hotel is in a great area for shopping with a varity of restaurants to chose. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I'm surel, we will be returning in the future.

Convenient location close to many things such as shops and restaurants. Staff friendly Sadly the room we have smells musty!! Rugs old and should go!!!! Remote control for tv is disgusting Old and sticky I have to wrap it in tissues just to change channels Time for some upgrades here!!
