Fantastic! Fast, friendly check in. Great room, lots of space and extremely comfortable. Quiet, sound sleep in a nice king bed. Thick, fresh towels. Fast Wi-fi and lots of TV channels. We ate at the adjoining restaurant (Tempesta's) and thoroughly enjoyed our meal; wide variety and specials. Very large selection of hot/cold selections, grains, and dairy. The attendant (Lori) was most hospitable and welcoming. Just a little wear & tear in the bathroom (molding, door) but this place is still a gem! Highly recommend it!

We stayed for only one night. The hotel is clean and modern. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The free breakfast was very good. Something for everyone. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It's close to downtown Keene but not too close.

Very accommodating. The room was clean and conveniently on the first floor. The restaurant was closed on Sunday night, so we didn't try it. But the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Eggs were light and fluffy but not dry. Sausage was very nice. And the waffles were a treat. Lori was busy cleaning up after some of us but took time to offer a couple suggestions for places to go to view the 2024 eclipse of the sun. We greatly appreciated it.

Easy and convenient place to stay near the college. We got the dog friendly room for our new puppy. The room wasn't bad but sadly our 9 week old puppy found some items left behind from a previous guest including Oreo cookies and a plastic Easter egg with a chocolate bar in it...not good for dogs to be ingesting. Apparently our room wasn't cleaned very well nor was the tub/shower.

A reservation was made for my Father In Law and Mother In Law, earlier in the year, to attend a wedding in Keene, NH. The reservation was for the Best Western Plus, 401 Winchester Street, Keene, NH 03431, for a handicap room, as my Father in Law is in a wheelchair ad was in need of a roll-in shower and handicap-width doors. || |My Sister-in-law called 2 weeks prior to reservation date to confirm this roll-in shower in the handicap room.| |My Father in Law and Mother-in-Law were given room. The room did NOT have a wheelchair width door to enter the room. It also had NO roll-in shower, as requested in the original reservation AND confirmed 2 weeks out. | |I went to the front desk to inquire about the room assignment. I was told that all roll-in rooms had been assigned long before the reservation was made, that the handicap rooms had NO roll-in showers. I expressed that this went against what had been reserved many months ago, and I was told that when the manager was in the hotel the next day, the dispute would be made “right”.| |This never happened (the stay was two nights). When I checked out for my Father-In-Law and Mother-In-Law, no accommodation had been made on the bill for this less than adequate room. I was told by the person on front desk that this was not something would happen.

The entire hotel was clean, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your trip. I only stayed one night but this hotel should be a destination to stay for multiple nights if visiting New Hampshire. It’s actually a wedding venue if you’re looking a place on a budget

Positive: The breakfast was great Negative: I am disabled and requested an ADA room. I was put clear down in the second building. It was a long walk to breakfast, and the pool. I also could have used a walk in shower instead of a tub/shower.
