Best Western Plus Kansas City Sports Complex Hotel - Hotel in Kansas City - 4011 Blue Ridge Cut Off, USA

We stayed back in May (May 2-5) and we came all the way from Texas! We came to see a Royals Vs Rangers game and take a tour of the Chiefs Stadium. Our hotel was nice and service was good. A little outdated but we had a good time. Breakfast Buffet was super nice! The rooms are a little small but it’s reasonable for the price you’re paying. We mainly just used hotel for sleep and were out and about most of the time. Pool was nice! We would definitely stay again if we came back for a game.

The rooms were wonderful. Very clean. The hotel looked brand new. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. They also had a pack and play for my youngest child. The accommodations was two thumbs up. Close to the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royal Stadium. The Restaurant was wonderful. Quick service. Food was very affordable. I have never been to a hotel that had a restaurant and complimentary buffet breakfast. The pool was wonderful. felt very good. We will definitely be coming back again!!!

We stayed here to be within walking distance of Arrowhead stadium. Rooms were acceptable, very dated. Breakfast was average. The prices are outrageous during events. To add to this they charge a $100 deposit on top of room fee. It's now 1 week later, this fee has still not dropped off. I have NEVER been charged a room deposit anywhere. Unless it was for a pet.

We stayed at this Best Western in July. The location was perfect, as we went to a couple of baseball games across the street at Kaufman Stadium. The staff were amazing. When we arrived, it was really busy, and even so, the check-in staff were really kind, super efficient, and they made sure that our room was ready. The room was in perfect condition and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi can be an issue in busy hotels, and we found that there was plenty of bandwidth for us to stream videos. We also went to the bar after one of the night games, and the people there were really personable and took care of us very quickly. The breakfast is more than we expected...much better than many hotels we stay in. The food selection was great, and there were plenty of tables available. We stay at hotels quite often, and this Best Western is one we will definitely go back to when we're in the area.

Decent room and price. The interior was a bit out of date, but was satisfied with the amenities. The room was stocked with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. I also appreciate the free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was good. They had the usual selection of eggs, sausage, fruits oatmeal etc. Service was great. The receptionist that check us in was professional and friendly. She even gave us tips on what to visit. Also it’s about a 10-15min drive to Downtown KC. Would stay here again.

Very convenient to the ball park and the highway. Free breakfast was pretty good, loved having the pub and grill on site, although we were never there at the right time to eat. Housekeeping never set foot in our room even though we were there 3 nights. They only provide 1 washcloth, could've used more. That would be my only complaint, otherwise, great place, definitely will go back!

This is a first class Best Western. The check in was a little chaotic due to a computer being down but the ladies handled it beautifully. They were very professional. The property was completely booked due to a concert at Arrowhead stadium across the road. Our room was small but comfortable. The breakfast was the best of any Best Westerns where we have stayed.

This was an awesome hotel for us. We went to two Royals games and loved the proximity to Kaufmann stadium. It’s an older hotel but the staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Omar, who helped us out tremendously !!! He’s the best. Restaurant was very busy and overwhelmed after the game on Saturday. Needed a few more workers but not a deal breaker for us. Breakfast buffet was excellent, also. Will go again and go Padres!!!
