Best Western Plus Houston Atascocita Inn & Suites - Hotel in Humble - 7730 Farm to Market 1960 Rd E, USA

Used this hotel while my power was out. The staff is friendly, caring, and polite. Although they had a limited menu for breakfast, it was more than adequate under the circumstances. They had been without power earlier. Hurricane Beryl had knocked trees down and power outages all over the area. The hotel was clean and the beds are comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. Will use them in the future.

Vary clean, neat, and convenient hotel. I will definitely be staying here if I have to be in Humble again. The staff was very helpful on suggesting good places to eat. Rooms were very neat, clean, and comfortable. Easy access to local shopping and dining.

When traveling I always research potential hotels to find one that will work for me. The reviews for Best Western Plus Houston Atascocita Inn & Suites sounded overall positive so I decided to reserve a room with them for my local family visit. ||Problems started at check in when the King suite I had reserved was not available. I was instead given an accessible suite - sorry, but yuk.. I understand the hotel needs to offer these kind of rooms but this is not what I reserved. The room had an unpleasant smell and when I complained all they did was send in housekeeping to sprintz with air freshener (after that the room stunk even worse). And the bathroom shower did not drain properly so when either I or my husband showered the entire bathroom ended up flooded. ||The included breakfast added to the disappointment. The coffee is powdered and the eggs tasteless. I didn't even try the gray sausage but I did take a scoop of the sausage gravy in hopes of flavoring the eggs but only ended in further disappointment. Thank goodness there were at least some mini cartons of yogurt to salvage the breakfast experience!||We paid a premium for an upgraded room but felt like we were duped. We will be making ongoing trips to the area as we have family nearby but we won't be staying at this hotel again.

They didn’t have generator during Hurricane Beryl. The hotel lights were off for 6days. The staff got a small generator to accommodate the front staff only. We didn’t receive any breakfast. My grandson medications require refrigeration so they wasn’t Ang good and he became very sick. I told the staff they lacked compassion because nothing was given to the guests. I’m a senior citizen and I slept in my car until someone offered me a place to stay. Several guests left

A very nice hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable. I will be staying here if I have to be in Humble again.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean and the bathroom made a good impression. Checkin went absolutely smoothly. Nice staff. A plus, there is a Tesla destination charger that you could use free of charge. Just ask at reception and it will be activated. We would love to come back

We stayed here while attending a nearby famiy event. The reviews seemed overall good so we booked based on what we read. Unfortunately, our stay did not turn out as hoped. We were given a different than reserved room because ours wasn'available at check in time. The room that we were given was a downgrade (we weren't offered any sort of price adjustment) and smelled bad. The bathroom drain wasn't graded properly and every time one of us showered the entire bathroom floor ended up wet. The room smelled, probably because of the water issue, and both times we complained to housekeeping all they did was came in and overly sprayed air freshener that made the place smell even worse. The included breakfast was so-so. The coffee is powdered, it comes from a machine. I usually take mine black but you had to put in cream and sugar into this concoction to make it palatable. The eggs were prefab and tasteless and the gray sausage looked kind of scary. Breakfast salvation ended up being a bowl of oatmeal and a carton of yogurt. In trying to be fair I'm giving my stay at this hotel two stars because of their great (for me) location and the fact that the facility seemed overall clean and secure. With recently relocated family nearby we'll be stayng in the area again but we've decided that next time we're going to try a different hotel.

Nice hotel with a decent breakfast offered. Avoid staying on the 1st floor where you will get to hear diesel engines starting early in the morning. The experience will dramatically improve when construction on FM1960 is completed but access will still be limited to the Northwest bound local lanes of FM1960.
