I stay quite often at this Best Western site. Everyone is quite friendly and polite they know me by my first and last name which makes me feel important. Charles, John, and Carla are very professional and friendly. They always meet my needs!! They go above and beyond the Call of Duty!! It's a great place to stay!
Convenient location near the freeway. Comfortable bed. Effective roller blackout window shade. Quiet.||Lemon scented personal items provided. Variety of breakfast options- fruit, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, bagels, coffee, tea, orange juice. Condiments available include jalapeños and hot sauce!
Stayed for wedding for my daughter. Many of the wedding party and guests all stayed at this location and it was so convenient to downtown, shopping, restaurants and the wedding venue at Jefferson Street Mansion. Rooms and the property clean and well kept. The staff was so great! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Another working trip to an otherwise un-visited area for me. The hotel was great... Clean and Quiet and all amenities were top notch. The area is very upper class and friendly. I will recommend this Hotel for anyone traveling thru the North Bay area.

I have stayed here before. This time I did pick the wrong weekend as the rate tripled because of an event. Though the 3rd floor had a pretty good view of the Carquinez Straits. Room was so clean. John V. at the front desk was fantastic. Answered all my questions plus being professional and went out of his way. The night front desk was exceptional also along with in passing any staff.
