Best Western Plus Heber Valley Hotel - Hotel in Heber City - 1227 US-40, USA

This hotel was an excellent place to stay while we attended events at Soldier Hollow. Chris and Grace at the front desk were especially helpful and kind. The breakfast was good and having coffee, tea and cocoa available all day was a nice feature. The hotel was clean and inviting. We were in a two room suite and my only complaint is that, while the beds were very comfortable, the mattress on the pullout couch was terrible. It needs to be replaced if the room is being sold as having a pullout sofa for sleeping.|If we are in this area again, we will definitely stay here.

We like to stay at Best Western Plus hotels when we can. This one didn’t disappoint. Every employee we can into contact with was very nice and stopped to say hi. The room was very roomy and clean. Breakfast the next morning had a nice selection of hot and cold food and was being replenished often. We will be back when we are in the area.

This property is absolutely amazing! Everything from the breakfast area to my room was meticulously cleaned. Check-in was simple and quick as well as getting logged into the WiFi. The pool/hot tub were open 24 hours which was a nice surprise. The fitness center has more machines, dumbbells, etc. available then I’ve seen in any other hotel. All of the staff were very charismatic and accommodating. Overall, everything was immaculate! I will definitely be staying here on my next trip through Heber.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Keaton as well as the front staff we’re so helpful and kind. Everyone in our group had a more than great time staying here. The hotel itself is beautiful and has some incredible amenities with a great location. You can’t beat that! Thanks to everyone there who made our stay amazing. We will be back!!

Very good service. I spent my baby's first year at this hotel and the staff was very friendly. The lady who attended us to give us the day to have the party was very friendly, very smiling and she helped us with everything we needed. I am very happy and grateful for how they treated us. Your employees are super respectful and kind. God bless you and thank you for your services.

Great hotel! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was amazing. Such a great selection of food but better than that was the fresh toppings that went with it. Fruit for the waffles, real cheese and salsa for the eggs. We will be back.

I choose this hotel for many reasons! I love their espresso machine, the pool is 24hrs, the rooms are always nice (I’ve stayed in most options), and all of the staff are great! I especially like seeing Jessica because she’s extremely customer friendly and she remembers me.. even after our first encounter!

Nice clean rooms and good service. The family suite didn't have a door on the bedroom and had two big openings on both sides. Also the bathroom door was a sliding barn door that can't lock and didn't shut all the way.
