Best Western Plus Hanes Mall Hotel - Hotel in Winston-Salem - 3330 Silas Creek Pkwy, USA

The hotel shows its age with some cosmetic things, but overall felt very clean and safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is good, with lots of shopping and dining options close by. This is usually the hotel I use when going to Winston-Salem, and it is consistently a good experience.

Very nice. Rooms was clean. Quiet beds comfortable and pillows. Had hair dryer iron and board. Shampoo soap body wash. Staff was very helpful and nice breakfast was good fresh and area very clean staff gave good information on good places to eat and directions snacks were available to buy at night and also personal items if needed. Overall awesome stay

Smooth check in. Parking lot has a funky design, but plenty of spots. My room was a nice size. Bathroom layout was a bit tight, but the shower had good pressure and nice hot water. WiFi was very fast. Desk chair wouldn't go any higher than it was set to so it was too low to the ground. The room has A LOT OF LAMPS! Bed was comfy, pillows were lumpy. I did hear some noise during my stay, but nothing to extreme. The property seemed to have been update, but it missed the smaller details. Tile missing, bad paint, bathroom fan sounded like a freight train. Breakfast hours are only till 930am. Overall, if I had paid $150 a night, it would have been too much, but overall its a solid choice.

We were very uncomfortable the whole time in the hotel. It was cramped and not the cleanest. The first room we checked in smelled like a sewer. The lady in the lobby was nice so she put us in a different room. It didn't smell but it was very cramped and the bathroom was not very clean. The breakfast wasn't the best and the coffee machine was empty and the juice machine ran out of juice. There were smells of marijuana in the lobby. There were kids running up and down the hallway as well as people banging on the doors repeatedly at 6am not to mention people partying throughout the night. There was not enough towels and washcloths. Not the best experience. Will not stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend and the rooms where horrible. The bath tub water was running and could not be shut off. The water knobs came out of the wall. The carpet was dirty with stains along with the curtains. The rooms were small and outdated. I would not recommend anyone to stay there and when you call customer relations they want to offer you 3000 points ( why would I want points for a hotel I will never ever stay at again).The sad part the hotel knew that the water was running none stop and still took my money without tell me UP FRONT..

Obviously you shouldn't expect much when you pay lower room rates. The rooms are clean enough but old. |The front desk night person couldn't have more attitude and be any lazier. A little smile and helping your guest would go a long way. |We won't be staying at Best Western again.

Spent one night here, Sat to Sunday. The property shows its age, wobbly elevator, sketchy lock on exterior door by the pool. All of the staff we interacted with were very professional and helpful. The room was clean and updated. There were burn holes in the comforter of our 'non-smoking' room. The entire 5th floor smells like wet cardboard. Overall it was perfectly fine for a short stay. The parking lot is away from the main building and could use some more lighting. You either have to walk down the driveway back to the entrance or use a very steep sidewalk with stairs to enter through the unsecured side door.

Service was good the room was clean. However the pool had trash on patio and it had been there a while. The room had no dark curtains so the outside side light from the parking lot blinded me all night considering I paid so I could have a good night's sleep prior to an appointment was a waste of money. This review may just be me being a little cranky due to lack of 😴
