Desk, young man that checked me in, was very pleasant and helpful. Who ever cleans the rooms must take some pride in doing a great job, as the rooms were clean. The rates are a little high for seniors on a fixed income

Positive: The room was clean and we enjoyed the clean feeling and smelling sheets. We had a late check in and they accommodated us with a late check out which was nice. We Loved the hot morning breakfast options. Negative: Wish there was a more dog friendly area with supply of doggy bags and trash in the back area where the dogs are supposed to go do their thang.

I had booked a hotel here! I had driven more than 6 hours the day of 12/6/23 and when we arrived there was a little mix up with the name on the reservation. Which luckily the place I booked through was so thoughtful and helped. But the lady running the front counter that night around 11:30 she said her name was “Emily” and she was awful from the get go. She not only rude to be and nasty behavior and rude comments she was nasty with the people we booked the hotel through and was super racist to the man on the phone just trying to get us our hotel reservation. And instead she was just so awful and I would have bought another room because it was so late but she made it so awful to be there we just left and went else’s where. If you really hate your job you shouldn’t work there. She is the nastiest old lady I have ever met and she was just pure disrespectful from the beginning I would much rather anyone else so to the other best western at the top of the hill. a few miles away if you have to encounter “Emily” because she is a awful human being! I’ll never stay here again and I was refunded the full amount because she was mean to everyone.

Fairly standard BW Inn. Nothing to complain about really. Pleasant check in staff. Clean room which was well equipped. Handy laundry next door (gas station store).|Main tip for this place: don't arrive on a Monday. Hardly anything is open, in particular the restaurant across the road. We had to go to a below average diner in town to get some dinner.

After making reservations for two weeks minimum, a week into the stay the room phone rang twice I got up to answer it but no one was there. The next second a male housekeeper opens my door without knocking or announcing himself. I pushed the door shut as i was in my pjs and said thanks but I did not need anything and reservation was not up for a week yet. He said ok and that he was sorry he thought the room was vacant. Although I had a privacy please sign on the door... The phone rang again and it was the front desk saying I needed to be out of the room... I told her the reservation was booked through the following Friday. She proceeded to tell me that there was a team coming in that day and that they needed a room with 2 queen beds, so I needed to move to the second floor. I had reserved the 2 queen room so I could be on the ground floor.. I've currently got 3 massively buldged disks, one of which is almost entirely filling my spinal canal, so carrying my luggage to the 2nd floor was not an option. The desk employee was extremely rude considering the hotel was the party in the wrong, they had over booked the room not me. So an attempt was made to speak with a manager about the male housekeeper opening my door while it had a privacy sign and without knocking or at least announcing himself, and the desk lady says she's going to call the cops and have me removed from the premises! I all but live in Best Westerns all over the U.S. , I spend more days of the year in hotels than I do in my own home, and have never experienced such rude and unnecessary behavior from anyone before this, especially not from a business where I maintain the highest level of their rewards program and spend ridiculous amounts of money year after year. After all that I went ahead and called the complaint line since my mention of it at location got me nothing but threats of cops being called and the Manger of the hotel called corporate and told them the complaint was handled in house so no call back was needed they could remove my complaint from the system! If threatening your hotel guests with calls to law enforcement is what you consider resolution to a problem then I think you may have missed a few key essentials in your hospitality training! Needless to say I would not recommend this location to anyone!

My family and I drove over 6 hours on December 6th and decided to stay here on our way to Great Falls from ND. Whatever woman they had running the hotel last night was beyond rude. She was snoody and based on her actions, she was rubbing it in our faces how she is "better than us". We were just trying to check in and go to sleep. Everything with her was an issue. I don't remember her name, but I think it started with an E. When we asked for her last name to make a complaint, she refused to provide us with that information. So that tells me this is not her first time being extremely rude to guests. I don't know how she sleeps at night with how vile she is...but maybe that is why she works night shift.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are clean and modern. The front desk staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. The on-site facilities including the breakfast were great.||Great value and an even better stay!

The hotel was excellant clean and beautiful room. The breakfast was very delicious and in a nice clean setting ,, Was close to the attractions that we visited in Havre to made it convenient.. If traveling that way again we would stay in this hote
