Best Western Plus Georgetown Inn & Suites - Hotel in Georgetown - 600 San Gabriel Village Blvd, USA

The hotel was in a great location and had the best prices, however it was not plus standards. I booked online on the best western app and when I arrived they told me I didn’t book the room I did. When I showed them my reservation she said well it’s wrong and then tried looking all over the email to see if I did something wrong. They also have plastic on the ground to protect the carpet, I don’t know if it was recently redone but I do believe it needs to be cleaned again. So much potential, just minor inconveniences.

The rooms were clean and pretty comfortable -- convenient location for our needs and we were happy with the offerings at the complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea station. I appreciate that coffee/tea/hot chocolate is always available, as well as the fridge and microwave in the room. 🙏💕 Bathrooms were clean and had all necessary amenities, beds were a bit stiff for me but they were still comfortable enough I didn't have trouble sleeping. Air-conditioning worked just fine, thought I think the temperature read-out was incorrect. Rooms are quiet and well insulated. They also have a pool, which I didn't get a chance to enjoy, but it looked lovely! My only critiques would be that the elevator was past due for its safety inspection and the buttons needed some repairs, and the key card for opening the door isn't the most user friendly, though it does work (it just slides and bumps into the door handle, instead of past the handle or being an insert key card). Thanks for a nice stay and I look forward to staying here again next time we are visiting! 😁👍

Great atmosphere. Clean Rooms. Was super helpful since I’m a new mom and had to pump while there. They kept my freezer pack for me until I was leaving. Breakfast & staff was great and efficient. The hotel had a shuttle to the wedding venue which was wonderful. Close to downtown. I felt safe walking outside.

This is an old hotel that looks, feels, and smells the part. When we opened our room door, we were greeted by that stale old musty odor that immediately has you questioning your choice of places to stay. Then you look at the dirty old furniture and try out the bed that allows you to feel every spring and you know it's gonna be a terrible night. Avoid this place for something newer, nicer, and less smelly.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and quiet, with easy access to the freeway, the hiking trails on the river, and the downtown music venues and restaurants. It is also an easy drive to the minor league baseball in Round Rock and the music, museums, and athletic events in Austin in Austin.

I have had nothing but excellent service at this location the staff have been nothing but very helpful. Everyone from Johnathan, William, and Mithe helped me so much and answered every question I had and even helped with directions to places close to hotel. If I ever come back to Georgetown i will stay here again without looking anywhere else. I just want to thank all the staff for their kindness, generosity, and positive interactions with me. I would recommend this to anyone who is traveling to the area and needs a clean room, great location, and is very safe. Thank you for making me feel at home while away from home.

Me and my wife stayed here for a night while our home was getting an insulation update. Our biggest worry was traveling with our cat since we weren't sure what hotels accept pets. I called this hotel and talked with William who allowed us to check into the room early upon our arrival! William provided us exceptional service, and our cat felt at home for a night. The room was nice and the breakfast had numerous options. I highly reccomend this hotel!

Very pleased with our stay and very friendly staff and very clean rooms. Everything was perfect and never have issues when we stay at this location. We will be back for sure!
