Best Western Plus Gateway Inn & Suites - Featured Reviews (1203)
Overall, my girlfriend and I had a great experience staying at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable but really great for the price. However, the best experience was with the front desk workers. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always helpful whenever we needed them.
Not too bad. The staff were amazing! Very kind and helpful. Seemed like they genuinely cared. They were nice to the dog. Breakfast was just okay. Bacon was yummy, and liked mini muffins. Went and got seconds anyways. Shower was a bit weak. Beds were squeaky. Pillows were square shaped, only just bigger than my head. Elevator was very slow. Appreciate the outgoing mail box. Enjoyed the coffee machine at the entrance.
4 stars.
This hotel is always clean and quiet. The staff works hard to make sure your room is up to your expectations. The breakfast is available at 6:30 and food stays out til about ten. They have hot food like biscuits and gravy . The eggs are a type of instant but I thought they were pretty good. Also there is sausage and seasoned potatoes. The yogurt machine is great and u can put fruit and granola in it. The location is off of hwy and has a great Mexican restaurant right up the street and a Walmart behind the hotel. It is in a safe location. If u are looking for a quiet and well managed hotel u have found one.
The staff was very friendly, no issues with service at all. The location is convenient, lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The bed was mostly comfortable and the room was clean, AC worked perfectly all night. My biggest issue was the bathroom/shower. My shower was absolutely disgusting. I had to wear shower shoes to feel comfortable showing out of necessity.
The room was quiet and everything else was great but the shower almost had me packing.
My husband, toddler, and I took a chance and booked a month long stay here as we await our home to be finished. Coming from out of state, we had no knowledge about the area and everyone at the front desk has been extremely helpful and friendly, we’re greeted by name in the mornings and all of the staff goes above and beyond to make this feel like “home” for my 3 year old which I can’t thank them enough! I truly cannot say enough good about this place! From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated with nothing but kindness. The location is perfect, despite other reviews, it stays quiet (we’re even in a room close to roadways) and there is plenty of shopping to do and places to eat within a mile of the hotel. I can also honestly say that this is by far one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at. The rooms are very spacious and modern. Housekeeping is wonderful & even makes sure we’re stocked on towels and toiletries on days they’re not cleaning our room. The spa/pool area is clean at all times, the lobby offers filtered water with tea and coffee and the breakfast is FANTASTIC. There is also a washer and dryer downstairs, and microwave and mini fridge in the room which is so convenient for our long stay. I am so grateful for the amazing hospitality and kindness the staff has shown us and this has been the very best first “home” in Colorado to us! Our family will definitely be choosing this place for years to come when they visit! I was very shocked to read some of the negative reviews because our experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. I was especially shocked to read some of the racial allegations, we are a biracial family and have not experienced any sort of mistreatment at all from the management or his phenomenal staff!
The room was clean enough, although there was a huge stain on the seat. The room smell was AWFUL. The bed was uncomfortable for me but my husband slept good. There was a ton of noise from the hallway and from outside until about 3 am. The service was okay.
I do not recommend this BW Plus. The microwave had leftover food in it. The elevator was not working. After a long day of golf, we were looking forward to the hot tube. At 6 pm it was closed. The room was not very clean and room service needs to be requested prior to 9 am. Check out other hotels in better areas of Aurora.
Staff was helpful and responsive to my questions. Room was clean except for corners in the bathroom could you a quick swipe with a wet cloth. Unfortunately, I won't stay there again because of the low flow toilets or if I found this again at another BW, it was suggested that I add a jug of water to the toilet bowl to help get a proper flush if needed. If one would have an emergency, you would be at a disadvantage 😬

We stayed there for 4 Nts in Dec of 2023. The staff is incredible. Mary at the front desk, Melissa the shuttle driver and Jen at the bar. The event staff were also great. The hotel is near 3 hospitals but you never hear outside noise. Rooms were quie
It is more expensive than we usually pay but it was very nice. Quiet room even though it was near a very busy street. Comfy bed very clean. Nice water pressure, hot water. Guest services were very professional and welcoming. Nice ambience in the lobb
Great and nice rooms. Only thing with the room is some of the furniture is beat up. And the sing is cracked. Room 913 i believe. Great front desk people. Jazzy was really nice and understanding. Food is good. Good service also.
Excellent dog park for fur babies to have some off-leash fun time! It has trails, water, sand beach, native landscape set in a mountain range backdrop. The only con would probably be the entry price, it is $11 for the state park (the dog park is pa
The parking lot was a bit shady, but the place was amazing. Food comes in large portions -- they were really good but we could only finish half of what we ordered. The spicy soup was my favorite, but the curry was great too. Their service was top-not
1st time checking out Parkside Eatery & Taco Choi. Very tasty however I think it would improve the appearance and food if each taco had its own unique sauce and or toppings to give it more flair and flavor.
This Nature Center is completely FREE! It has so many displays, interactive toys, nature books, and live animals (snake, turtle, and a lizard!) It is so wonderful!!!!
If you are wanting to enjoy the inside portion of the center (and let me tell you,
Absolutely amazing cuisine. The meat was cooked extremely well and the sides were very delicious. My wife had the steak and it was cooked to perfection and she truly enjoyed it. We also had the break for the appetizer and it was great. I suggest
