Best Western Plus Gallup Inn & Suites - Hotel in Gallup - 910 E Aztec, USA

Last minute booking for a business trip. Brand new hotel with great accommodations. Room was clean and well cared for. Breakfast was great, which saves you both time and money when you’re running late in the morning. Only downside is that it is a bit out of the way, but not a big deal in a small town. All in all, great stay. Will definitely book there again next time I’m in town.

Upon check in I was greeted by Arlene. I was in town to make preparations for my father's funeral and needed a great hotel to stay at. I was traveling with my Son. I was happy with the great service. The staff is super friendly, our room was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, the free breakfast was good and they have a variety of food and drinks that you can choose from. I stayed here before and will do so again in the future. The hotel is located right across El Rancho Hotel, they have a bar and restaurant. They also have a grocery store right across the street if you feel like you want to make your own food. There are no spaces available for Semi Trucks, just across the main road (highway 66) there is an empty lot there and you can walk across the street..

The third time really must be a charm! This is our third stay in Gallup, NM on the way home with our family. It has been SO CHALLENGING to find a nice place to rest our head in this area. Our stays in the past have been really awful. This hotel is very clean! Our room didn't give us any cause for concern. The staff made the check in experience quick and easy. It is not in a great area but honestly, we have yet to find a great area in Gallup. Glancing outside our window, we saw some questionable persons but the hotel itself seemed well secured. A quick drive takes you to plentiful fast food options. The pool/ hot tub area was exceptionally clean and we thoroughly enjoyed a few hours of relaxing there but it was a little dark. Comfy beds and quiet rooms gave us a good nights rest. Breakfast is SUPER- loads of options and so convenient. We won't hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

Front Desk Clerks at check in and check out were very proficient and answered all questions asked about surroundings. I really like that New Security Cameras were installed that covered inside of hotel as well as the parking lot. Lowes Grocery Store is less than a block away which provided groceries for cookind in room microwave. Nice restaurant at hotel across the street if you prefer not to cook in room. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

The breakfast was really good. They had green Chile and cheese and tortillas for ur eggs and potatoes. Our kids enjoyed swimming in their indoor swimming pool. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. Rooms were nice and clean comfortable beds. Our stay was great.

Stopped here for the night on the way home to Austin. Nice enough area that I wasn't worried about where I parked. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and it was one of the better free breakfast spreads. A good place to stop for the night.

Quick overnight stay with our dog. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the gal tending to the food was very pleasant! We do this route often and we would stay here again. The bed was very comfy!

Overall not bad. The price was higher then what they show. Our cost with military discount was over $150.00. The pool and hot tub were closed for service. The tub in the room wouldn't work as the drain would not close and the tub would not hold water. The TV cable was a challenge to use also. The breakfast was well prepared and overall a good meal. The staff were friendly but I would not stay here again.
