I can’t say enough about this Best Western Plus @ Fort Worth Forest Hills. The people are very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. They talk to you nice and are always helpful with information about restaurants or stores around the area. The property itself is really nice!!! The rooms are even nicer!!! They recently renovated all the rooms and they did an excellent job!!! I felt so comfortable to be in my socks and not worry about it being dirty!!! The rooms are super clean and very well kept up with!!!

Just a heads up for anyone who plans on staying here soon they are undergoing renovations. One of the best experiences of vacationing for me is still feeling at home even when I’m not so I was looking forward to being in a comfortable room, especially after reading the reviews. In the first room I had some of the lights weren’t working. I went to let the staff know and they moved me to another room. The room they moved me to was spacious but was for guests with disabilities (everything was lower than it needed to be). This was not a room I needed. I also was looking forward to using the gym only to notice that there were mattresses in the gym area (see included photos). I write this so that if you are considering staying here you are aware. This was not a horrible hotel- I’ve had worse experiences but there are things that the staff should notify the guests about (i.e. the possible disruptions due to the renovations) and inspect their rooms before assigning them to guests.

This place is dangerous. The hotel owners/ staff are too lazy to uphold their obligations to ensure a safe property. Prostitution and criminals creeping around the property. ||My cat was burglarized and I lost tons of work items. Next day another guest car window was smashed out and burglarized. Hotel staff to lazy to monitor who is on the property and simply call police to run off loitering.||I stay 200 nights a year in a hotel. Along with my colleagues. We will never give best western our business again.. to trashy, under managed , lazy and dangerous.

The room that we rented for the party wasn't ready when we got there. However, we didn't let that stop us. Our family got it together after they finished vacuuming. My mother's party turned out great with family and friends. Bathrooms were nice and clean. We had a good time despite the rain. We left it better than we got it afterward.

If you want to get all your stuff stolen out of your truck or car this is the hotel for you!! when I went to report that the theft had occurred the hotel staff told me that it never happens at that property when the police showed up they told me it happens at least once or twice a month and it’s always the same three parking spots on the side the hotel staff knows they have a problem, but they don’t warn the customers not to park there.. They have a tree growing that blocks the camera the cops told me they have management to trim that tree or cut it down but they refuse to do anything.. . it took the thieves 45 minutes to completely clean my truck out why didn’t the hotel staff see what was going on on the cameras? A simple glance at the cameras would have shown them what was happening. The hotel staff are complicit in the crime with their lack of action to remedy the problem. The manager never called me like they said they would’ve. I called the hotel two times to speak to somebody but never got a call back. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. They know they have a theft problem and they do nothing to solve the issue.

This was a fantastic deal for the hot tub room. I'm not sure how many of those rooms are in the hotel, but it is worth the money, especially during a cold snap! The staff is very friendly and helpful; from the front desk to the housekeeping, they are fantastic. I gave a lower rating due to the breakfast lacking (in my opinion), the mattress was not comfortable (thin, hard, and you feel every spring), and some maintenance matters. The hot tub room(s) could definitely benefit from a small dining style table and chairs as well (believe me, there's room). The HVAC unit was more than sufficient for that large room and we never had an issue with it. The shower curtain was almost too short and frequently pushed out of the tub, which causes a mess. They have a coffee machine in the lobby that dispenses coffee, espresso, and cappuccino. That was a great surprise for me as I love coffee and espresso. The in room coffee machine is a pod style brewer which I prefer since it allows you to bring your favorite pod or use theirs. Everything functioned as it should in the room, but the ice machine on the 3rd floor did not. All of that being said, I would stay here again anytime.

Very nice hotel,clean and quiet.We were in town on business.Pet friendly,local places to eat at in walking distance.Even a cvs if you needed any last minute items.Laundry room on the first floor clean and quiet as well

After a horrible experience with Hampton inn I came here and was treated great. The staff showed me room options and put me in a room of my choosing. The rooms are upgraded with a big screen TV
