The hotel and the rooftop lounge was horrible. The way each place looked was great. The presentation was beautiful. It’s the staff and how the location is managed that makes this hotel the worst they have no desire to fix Customer Service failures. They simply say they’re sorry and go on about their day. The blinds in the master bedroom of my room did not work. I reported it twice. I even went downstairs to report that there was an issue no one ever came to my room to fix it. No one ever came to show me how to even adjust them, when I have been up all night because of the blind issue and asked if I could have an additional hour to sleep, I was told absolutely not. That was the response. Absolutely not as if I was a child and needed to be scolded the rooftop lounge food is disgusting , it is prepared at another location and brought to the rooftop lounge. It took an hour and a half for the kitchen to place some smoked salmon, chopped onions and capers on a thin slice of toast and then presented it to me as if I should be grateful that they finally brought my order , when I refused to take it and refused to pay, the manager came over to get smart with me and tell my party that we needed to go because we brought outside food from our room however, in our before I refuse the food the food from our hotel room was fine. In fact, she told us that we could bring it down as long as we brought it down and individual plates and not set up at this restaurant , which we did not we all went to our hotel room fixed our plates and came back upstairs. It wasn’t a problem until I did not want the disgusted appetizers that they brought upstairs and hour and a half late. The hotel room was enough, but the bathroom was nasty. The shower floor was discolored. The bathroom door did not close properly and did not even have a silver handle , just a notch cut out in the door. The refrigerator door was dented. I’m assuming from a previous guest. The bed was thin and smell. The pillows were useless. It was just a bad stay that could’ve been made better. Had the staff known anything about Customer Service.

Great location, near attractions. Newer hotel with comfortable rooms and lobby. I appreciated the citrus scented soap and body wash. There were plenty of electrical outlets and lights in the room and bathroom. It was raining so I didn’t use the pool or rooftop bar. I would stay here again. The Sushi restaurant across the street is a good dinner option.

Great location for visiting family in Kathleen, GA & Rigby's Water Park. All staff we encountered were wonderful. Pool area clean & nice with plentiful lounge furniture. One thing, though - I'm not the biggest fan of sliding bathroom door in room but, that was small in the overall scheme of things. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location right next to Rigbys and easily accessible from the highway. The room was clean, spacious. I had a well-rested night and delicious breakfast in the morning. The folks working there were warm, friendly and checked in on if I needed anything. Would definitely stay again if I have the chance.

I checked into this hotel on Saturday and had a pretty rough night. The blinds in the bedroom of my suite did not act properly. I call for a late check out because I was up pretty late. The front desk clerk even brought towels upstairs and I showed her how bright the room was because of the malfunction of the blinds (pictures included). She calls me back 30 minutes later and states that there is no way for a late check out. I ask for a manager and was told no one was available (of course not). This room was $310 for the night and like I said the blinds didn’t work so I was up all night. Lizzette was cold and uncaring. I’m calling corporate and filing a dispute with my card company. I didn’t get any sleep so what did I pay for! Also the bathroom door was broke , the shower was nasty, and the sofa should be replace because it’s old and uncomfortable. Never again!

The bed was super comfortable. Having the kitchenette with a stove top and all the utensils and plates bowls, etc for if I wanted to prepare a meal was great. Everything is near by and some places are walkable. The rooftop bar is great for unwinding with food, drinks and watching the sunset. There is indoor as well as outdoor seating up on the rooftop. The water park next door was not open yet which was fine with me but I can imagine more noise and activity when it is open.

This place did not disappoint. We stayed here for a wedding weekend. It was fresh and clean. The rooms were great. The staff were friendly! Breakfast was good. The pool was clean and they provided pool towels.The roof top bar was fun. Nothing negative to say about the whole experience!

Had two rooms 1 king kitchenette, 1 double queen. The accommodations were unclean in the King room and double Queen sheet wrinkled in 1 bed. The DBL Queen room was pd for two nights and the king kitchenette 1 night. The hotel messed it u and we had 6 people oin one room with no mgmt on site. They didn't try to accommodate me & guests. I think it could have been better service.
