Another fine stay at a BW. The check in was prompt and Pauline was very nice and friendly. One of the more pleasant greetings I have had. There was an issue with the room we were assigned and she offered us an ground floor alternative if we wanted. We agreed. The room itself was fine, although the bathroom was a bit cramped. The room was clean and well organized. We didn't noticed much road noise considering how close we were to the highway. Everything was functional and we had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the room I was in. Very spacious. Had a king bed with full kitchen. Fireplace, jetted tub, and a stand alone shower were spectacular. Was not expecting such a lavish suite! Close to $300 for one night and it was worth it. Will definitely stay there again. The only downside was the breakfast. Was expecting way more options.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in by far! Staff are the friendliest, food is always good, convenient and close to everything. Our room was amazing! From the full screen TV over the fireplace, separate King size Bedroom, great walk in shower or huge tub to soak in and complete kitchen with dining area…it was like staying in a Time Share. LOVE the area as it is minutes away from The Garden of the Gods! A Must Stay if you are visiting Colorado Springs!

I love they have a bar where you can get a drink and eat something on property. Food is limited but good. Their beds are so comfy and such friendly staff especially the desk manager. Very clean hotel !! Loved it so much we stayed again on our way back home !!

We had a king suite that was well-kept and roomy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We love to stay here and head to the nearby zoo. It is near the highway and has a lot of food options nearby. I would stay again and again. There is a bar and pizza restaurant on site.

Hotel has a Bar and Pizza Restaurant next to the Lobby. Staff were really nice and pizza was good with several different options. Really convenient after traveling all day. I suggest booking a suite, very spacious with plenty of room. Two tvs was a bonus as well.

Stayed at this hotel as last minute change in plans due to our original hotels AC being out upon arrival. And it turned out to be for the best! The staff is SO friendly and funny. The rooms are very clean and they must be noise proof because we didn't hear a peep from the hallways or neighbors the entire time. Breakfast is delicious and wide variety. I loved the convenience of the location as there is plenty of food, stores and attractions nearby. The only thing I would suggest is that they add an actual comforter to the bed. The set consisted of a fleece blanket and several layers of thin sheets that tangle while sleeping. No actual thick comforter. But overall amazing stay, did not want to leave.

I have stayed at a Best Western before a long time ago and said I would not go back but found this one on a quick trip to.Colorado Springs and decided to try. Wow I was impressed...very clean and taken care of. Front desk was friendly and check in was easy. Tried to book another day since we found it was in a great centrally located area but they were booked. We will book ahead next time😊
