Best Western Plus Executive Inn - Hotel in St Marys - 1002 Earth Rd, USA

We are very happy with this hotel. My husband is staying here for work. I came up for the weekend to visit. The housekeeping staff is on point. The room & lobby is always clean and smells so good!! My husband lost the GPS to his company truck (pic shown) and the house keeper, Natasha found it, proving they really do clean the rooms. It was on the floor and she put it on the table. The hot breakfast is also delicious. I normally don’t do reviews for his “work” hotels but this hotel is an exception 😊 they are awesome

This hotel had unusually helpful staff. When I asked to change rooms because the people in the room above me were making too much noise, the staff didn't hesitate at all. They jumped right on it and did it cheerfully, even though it meant more work for them. They also helped us to plug our electric car into an outlet on the side of the building, even though they weren't set up with an EV charger. The hotel does have a few negatives, however. The floors are very thin, so you can hear footsteps in the room above you. The pool is closed because there is a crack in the concrete. It would be good to fix that soon. Here's an important one: The coffee in the breakfast room is awful. It comes out of a machine that mixes hot water with instant coffee, and it tastes like XXXX. Undrinkable. Please get some real coffee! The coffee in the rooms is good, however. Overall, a good hotel, with a great staff but a few negatives.

Perfect for kids, nice little indoor water park. Brought my 2 year old daughter here. Hotel was clean, room was excellent. Pool was excellent. Bed wasn’t firm, it was soft. For the price they have you can’t beat it. Right by a quick trip, right by TJ Maxx, right by sea ocean buffet. Close to the Apache mall. Like as far as location goes, it’s perfect. The price and endless fun here is incredible. Perfect for a little get away with the kids, location couldn’t be better. If I could rate it higher I would.

Although this is an older hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and the area very clean. We didn't venture far from he hotel, but Hoss's Steak and Sea was an adequate option for dinner. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was complete with both hot and cold items. The bed was comfortable. The hotel completed all our needs. We would definitely return on our next trip to St. Marys.

We recently statyed overnight after doing our first day of the 100 mile flea market!! We were very pleased with the location, and pleasantly surprised on how nice the rooms were. The staff on checkin and at breakfast were very professional, friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was just the perfect selection to start your day! I definitely would recommend this Best Western.

Stayed one night and had to find a different hotel. Supposedly remolding in the last decade but it still feels like the 70s style hotel. Toilet leak/running though out the night, shower drain was slow to drain where you end up standing in a couple inches of water and the AC unit rattles on and off. need ear plugs for a restful night. The good part is there is no shower head restrictor so you get a lot of water. Worst part is BM marketing geniuses spam you. When you unsubscribe on every email you still get spam a month later. I do not recommend giving them your email address as the BW marketing people don't respect you.

We enjoyed the room, the breakfasts, and the area since my paternal grandmother was from there. The bed was comfortable, the TV was great, and the microwave and refridgerator was wonderful to use. It was quiet at night for the most part. The curtains blocked out the light from the road but we got the morning sun. I wish we had gotten a handicapped room with a walk-in shower as I am disabled and the tub/shower had a high side which made it difficult for me to get into it.
