Very clean and comfortable. Quiet rooms. Pool was small but clean. Breakfast had a nice variety. Happy to have found a great place at good rate after being disappointed by many other hotels that looked much nicer in photos than what they were upon arrival.|

We stayed the nite after riding our bikes 35 miles and could not be happier with the hotel. The place was clean and recently updated, the staff was awesome. They offered beers for a very low cost at the front desk, the little bar and grill had great service and the free breakfast was awesome. Well done Best Western.

Room was very clean, and quiet! Which makes the stay much nicer. Pool is big and clean. The outdoor area is great too sit by the pool, very relaxing. Front desk gentleman was wonderful, very nice and efficient. Getting to hotel very easy. Would stay again.

Stayed here July 12. I am giving 5 because I was on the road and i called twice there was no answer. But as I was searching for another hotel the front desk fella called me back. I was greatful He was very nice. The room was clean. The bathroom clean and had citrus scented soap, which I like. Oh the conditioner was almost out but enough for me. Breakfast was good, I went about 7:30 am so not too many in the breakfast area. Easy to find at night. I would stay here again

The location of this BW is great. The UWEC campus is only a few blocks away. The Chippewa River Bike Trail is one block away. You can take the trail into the city along the Chippewa River or head out into the countryside. The BW was quiet, beds very comfortable and staff friendly and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

My biggest disappointment was, we have stayed here 3 times. All 3 the hot tub, did not work as a hot tub should. The first 2 times we talked to the desk and we were told waiting on a part. We didn't bother to ask this time. There should be an air injection system for the hot tub action not just a pump that circulates the water. I understand the costs involved in that but, that's the cost of business or take the hot tub out and off your site. Otherwise rooms are nice, location and staff were good.

Very clean. Beds comfortable. Big rooms with 2 queens + sofa sleeper very nice for big families is a major plus. Nice variety of hot and cold breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!

We chose to stay here while visiting my parents. The location was very convenient and easy to get to. We were greeted by a very nice helpful young man. Not just professional, but you could just tell he was a nice person. Everything was very clean, smelled nice. The pool was a great temperature. Great coffee available anytime. Our experience was so nice that we're thinking of getting the rewards, which we've never done before. This will be our "place" anytime we cone to the area
