Best Western Plus Dutch Haus Inn and Suites - Hotel in Columbiana - 150 East OH-14, USA

We always stay at the Dutch Haus enroute to/from the East Coast to visit family in Chicago . We have never been disappointed. The hotel is well equipped and immaculate. We almost always travel with at least one dog and the staff is always helpful and welcoming- including a gift bag that includes doggie treats! The check-in process is quick since we do most of it via a text link. The front desk staff is always amazing-this time Crimson helped us- always welcoming, efficient and proactive in offering help. We look forward to staying at the Dutch Haus on our next trip.

Wonderful and very clean hotel. The staff there are the best. Amy and Mary are absolutely fantastic! They are happy to help with whatever we need and go above and beyond just checking us in to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Customer service is first rate! Breakfast was delicious and the coffee shop was very good. Pool/hot tub area was very well taken care of too.

The rooms were spacious and so perfectly clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we had the best night sleep! The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had! Crispy bacon and yummy eggs! The best blueberry loaf and the yummiest oatmeal! We will definitely stay here again. I would live here if I could!

Stayed with other couples for our 50th High School reunion. Rooms were large and clean. Staff was very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was by far better than most free hotel breakfasts. ||Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. They have a pool and gym but we didn't have time to use either.

I wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars. To start, the staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had the nicest amenities. Also, as someone who is a light sleeper, the hotel was so quiet and peaceful at all times. The location was perfect since there are many shops around the area and very easy to find. I will definitely be staying here again!

We have stayed here multiple times because it is the only option but the price for the quality is not good. First we tried to check in and our room wasn't ready (which is fine) but they wouldn't even let you check in if your room wasn't ready. I have never experienced that. I asked for a king bed room and was given 2 queens. The door to our bathroom didn't close. The TV didn't work. And other people we were staying with didn't even have working AC. They price the place like they are the Ritz but it's absolutely not worth the price. All they have going for them is they are the only option in the area. The staff is always very kind but overall I find it a very bad value for the price

The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The air conditioning worked so well and we kept it very cool. ||The staff was extremely friendly, and was accessible by text. This was so convenient because we could request extra towels and an early housekeeping while we were golfing early. We always stay here when visiting our family. A+ all the way.

The entire Hotel was Clean and Had A Friendly Staff. The Morning Breakfast was Fresh and Hot. Plenty of Seating choices. We Stayed in a Suit with Our Grandkids. It was the perfect room for us. This Hotel offers a lot of amenities that most hotels ni long offer. I Strongly Recommend this Facility..
