Best Western Plus Desoto - Hotel in Olive Branch - 7904 Craft-Goodman Frontage Rd, USA

To be clear, my experience overall was good. However, room 206 has serious bedbug issues. I've just about got eaten alive. The room otherwise is nice and clean. Service was great, and the breakfast they provided was pretty good. Outside of the weird intersection just outside the hotel awning (I'd recommend treating it like a yield), the area was good.

This is a brand new hotel. It is very clean and the rooms were nice. We checked in very late after attending a football game at Ole Miss. The staff at check-in and at check out were fast and friendly.|The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The breakfast was above average with plenty of variety.|We liked it so much that we canceld reservations at a different hotel for the next night game we will attend and made reservations for BW Plus Desoto. Looking forward to our second stay soon.

Positive: Guest service both day shift and night shift was amazing. Breakfast with Hotel employee is always a treat, she make everyone feel at home. The food is always fresh and good. House keeping is also amazing it's nothing I could ever say bad about this hotel. Negative: I stay here ONLY every other two months and I wouldn't change one thing. This is the BEST HOTEL in OLIVE BRANCH!

Horrible housekeeping service. The hotel smelled like mildew. Had to ask over 4 times daily for fresh towels and had to threaten to do a formal complaint before they cleaned and changed the sheets for inclusive housekeeping service. Always had excuses. The head housekeeper said I had to leave the room for housekeeping service. I explained that I do not want you, and I will make sure you do not steal anything. I explainedi I have traveled across the country, and this is the first time I have heard that excuse for not doing her housekeeping job. Had to go to the general manager daily with numerous requests for regular housekeeping services included in the room for over 4 days. Sad hotel with horrible service in Olive Branch. Find another hotel unless you bring your own towels if you plan to shower daily.

Hotel is very clean and well appointed although I had a few bugs in the room which I reported. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast has lots of options including hot items. Centrally located with many restaurants and shopping nearby. One downside is there aren’t enough handicap parking spaces.

When I stayed here two years ago the hotel was clean, comfortable and accommodating. The king suite is nice when staying with children since it has two TVs in the room. Though now 7/2024 I regret staying here. I should have tried the Hilton next door and paid a little more. I am disturbed and extremely disappointed in how disgusting the room is when we arrived. The dust accumulation shows it probably hasn’t been cleaned in months, so far only one roach on the ceiling (I just read all the previews reviews about roaches and now I’m terrified). The refrigerator is frozen over, microwave appears it was caught on fire and never cleaned, spoons from a previous guest at some point and time still in the refrigerator. Just disgusting! If you have to stay here as a last resort, check your room before unloading all your belongings.

My stay was amazing from start to finish. I received a personal call from the GM EJ due to possibly bring sold out. He was so polite and so accommodating. He was pleasant even at the end of his shift. He ensured my family and I were taken care of. His front desk reception, Ms.Dee was just as accommodating and made us feel welcome from beginning to end! The staff was so personable. They made me feel so appreciated and important. Ms. Cherri was just as pleasant when we meet on Saturday morning. Best Western Plus in Desoto will always have my praises. So not only do they have my recommend to family already I will recommend them to a stranger. Thank you EJ, Dee, Anna, and Cherri!! Blessings and love! DP

This place was amazing. 2 staff members made our stay absolutely perfect. Mrs Princess, who works on reception, was so energetic and full of life. She always had an amazing smile on her face and had so many stories. She also recommended some great places to eat in which she loves. And of course Mrs Anna she worked in the kitchen and dining. She was amazing and always willing to have a laugh, but always made sure that everything was stocked and supplied. If I ever go to memphis again I will definitely be going here again just because of how my stay was
