Most friendliest lady ever when we checked in around 930pm, my little girl wanted to swim in pool, we still had to unload, and run back out for supper... my little girl was freaking out thinking she wasn't going to be able to swim. The front desk clerk said sweet girl I will leave it open for a while so you can swim. So we went to the pool at 1030pm n swam till midnight. The motel is clean, breakfast is good. The room I was in was spacious and smelled good. Bed wad soft, pillows were soft. Overall had a great experience. Will definitely be back!!
Overall, this was a very good stay. Hotel seemed fairly clean, the beds were comfortable, staff was polite, breakfast was what you’d expect from a hotel. I was happy with the price and value that I received. Only complaints were that the A/C was fairly loud and there was no body wash in the shower (2 shampoos and one conditioner). These were minor issues and I’d likely stay here again.
This is a great dog friendly property! Staff were very friendly! Breakfast offered a nice variety and room was very clean and comfortable. There isn’t a lot of area for dog walking, but there are nearby sidewalks for a nice walk to fields and trails just down a ways at the college. Pool area is nice!
My grown daughter, I, and our two cats, traveled to Florida from Minnesota. We stayed at The Best Western Plus in May on our way to Florida, We occupied two rooms. There was a big drawback to the rooms. Both rooms had two Queen beds. We each had a room that was very crowded with big furniture. I use a walker and there was not enough room for me to move around the room past the beds. The bathroom was very nice and the shower had safety bars. The bed was very good. Their 24 hr coffee was excellent. The hotel was OK, but we chose not to stay there on our return trip because of the extreme crowding in the room making use of a walker too difficult.
We picked this hotel because it had great reviews. At the very least a hotel's staff should have front desk staff that is welcoming. The staff was young, unprofessional and clearly more interested in doing the least amount of work possible. We needed a cot in the room. We had to help them understand how the cot worked (which side was which and where to put it), then they left us to make it up ourselves, just left the bedding in a pile stating that no one was coming to do that part!|This was surprising enough but in the morning, we discovered the shower wasn't functional. The faucet was loose and falling out of the wall and wouldn't turn. They ended up giving us a key to another room so we could take turns running down the hall and back to shower and dress before our departure. The coffee maker wasn't working in the room either and the pool (a main reason we picked the hotel) was closed. Disappointing on so many levels. The only compensation they offered was a free stay...but I wouldn't stay there again if they paid me. At this point they also informed us we never should have had a cot in our room because it was a fire hazard.
Woke up several times through the night due to the mattress. dining was very clean for breakfast, sausage and eggs were flavorless. My only desire was a good nights sleep, found it difficult here. The mattress was that bad. This is a pet friendly bw so the 4th floor is best if you are pet free.
We stopped for an overnight while traveling for vacation. Room was nice, 2 queen beds, clean, smelled clean (awesome), on the 3rd floor, beds were comfy and so were the pillows. Breakfast was ok. The sausage had a bit of a plastic smell, which made us stop eating it. We found other items to eat so it worked out. Would stay here again!
In May 2024 I spent one night at the Best Western Plus in Dalton, GA. What a delightful surprise. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in nice surroundings. I had not expected it to be so elegant. The room has perfect – spotless and well-appointed. The breakfast was very good. I definitely recommend this Best Western if you are visiting Dalton.
Rooms are beautifully kept, clean, great service. We loved seeing all the pets, even though we didnt travel with our own. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for everything
Wonderful small brewery tucked away in downtown Dalton. They offer flights of FIVE beers rather than the typical four, so we had a chance to sample most of their offerings, which is surprisingly large selection. We found them all quite tasty, but esp
Coffee shop in a church, which isn't a thing for me but may be a problem for you. Yes, you can be a heathen and get your coffee here and even use the internet for an hour or two. On a weekday morning, it was quiet and I had no trouble finding parking
I came in for an earl grey tea latte and some baked goods. The drink and food were excellent. I was also impressed with the service. The woman who runs this cafe is warm-hearted and kind. I would definitely go back here for another visit.
I am so happy that I found this Turkish restaurant in Dalton . I have lived in Turkey for 10 years . When I go to this restaurant all memories came to my mind ( baklava , Turkish music, kebab ⦠) . The food is amazing . We ordered hummus and chicke
My family of 4 went here around 5:30 on a Sunday evening. We were immediately seated. The waitress and, I assume, the owner were very friendly and attentive. The dining area and restroom seemed clean. Some plates were brought to us by the waitress,
Went MTB, as 1st timer. Took two kids. Stayed off the extreme trails, but the rest were well-maintained and easy to navigate. Maps were clear and trails marked. Loved it!
Me, my husband, and my son couldn't be thankful enough to have found this place! We drive OTR and trying to make it home in time for thanksgiving with the family. We weren't showing to get home till about 10 tonight so we figured we might as well fi
Stopped in to try for the first time. Early dinner on a weekday. No wait for a table. Lots to choose from. I ordered the fried shrimp, my wife ordered the shrimp po boy. Both came out relatively quickly and were fresh and hot. No issues, will return
