Best Western Plus Cushing Inn & Suites - Hotel in Cushing - 508 E Main St, USA

We were in tow; for a funeral, and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the entire facility was. Some of the reviews we had seen were not great, but our experience was great! The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable . The breakfast was solid, normal hotel breakfast fare, included fresh fruit and different hot options each day we were there, along with what appeared to be local made pastries. The staff was very polite , accommodating and friendly!

Where do I begin? I am blown away by this hotel and their staff on many levels. Check in was smooth, the room was clean, but that breakfast… I’ve been to the east coast, west coast, Europe, Japan, but this little hotel in Cushing OK had THE BEST continental breakfast I’ve ever had and it’s not even close. They had a parfait bar, fancy coffee machine, fancy pancake machine, and when I showed up 15 minutes before it closed, the nicest lady made me a FRESH omelette and checked in on me like I was at a restaurant. I don’t know where they found so many great people in this small town, but I will never be staying anywhere else when I come to town to visit family.

I'm sure the brand is great, but the Hotel in Cushing, Ok is horrible. The owner does not care about this hotel, employees, or the brand. The air conditioners on all floors and the check-in desk, kitchen, laundry, and meeting rooms are out. The elevator is not working, and the pool has black mold in the filters. His employees are working in horrible conditions. This owner is a slum lord. If there was a review option, I would leave a -7. We are a company that has been here for over a year. We have put up with a lot of problems, but this is getting ridiculous. Our higher-ups asked if we wanted to move, and we said no, thinking it would take a couple of days to fix the air conditioners, we were wrong. This company has 16 rooms rented at all times at corporate rates. We live here, we are settled in, established, and at home. This is why we have not moved to another hotel. People are still checking in, I can't believe the owner has the audacity to still rent rooms. We are not impressed or happy with the situation. We hope corporate sees this and does something. The owner of this hotel does not care about the hotel, just the money coming in. He is building another hotel in Cushing, and we feel that the money from here is going over there. Please make something happen. Thank you!

I stayed here for one night, July 27, 2024. The hotel was nice overall. The rooms were very spacious and clean. It was quiet. There were a variety of breakfast options. I give it a thumbs up.

Positive: I did not realize I had reserved a suite. It was really a big nice suite Negative: The room with toilet and shower could have been roomier. The coffee maker didn?t work but coffee was right outside my door

The hotel was under some major construction on the first floor. We stayed on the second... It was nice. We loved the room and the design. It fit our needs perfectly. I don't know if there is a way to update websites, apps, etc. when an amenity isn't in working order. This may be small in the eyes of the non-consumer... But it definitely diminished our overall experience. I always love to participate in customer rewards.... but I don't know that I will add to my stay if we can expect this kind of treatment at other hotels. We are like many who are low maintenance... but as you know... Consumers choose hotels based on amenities... It's how we narrow down where we want to stay versus not. Ratings are great, rooms are important... but so are amenities.

I come to Cushing often to visit friends and family since I moved so far off. From the second I walked in to the hotel my experience was phenomenal. Denise greeted me as I walked in, and she also upgraded my room for me!!! The room is huge, and very clean. She exceeded my expectations, and this will be the only place I stay when I’m in for a visit. Thank you so much!

Great stop on our long route! Brandy and Denise were lovely, so hospitable. The room was brand new feeling, on the first floor where construction is occuring but we had no disturbances or anything. If we had stayed longer I'd have liked to use the laundry facility and the exercise room. If we're ever through Cushing again I will remember to stop here again. Thanks ladies!
