Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel - Hotel in Glen Mills - 675 Conchester Hwy, USA

We recently stayed at Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel for my sister's wedding, and it was an exceptional experience. The service was impressive from start to finish—everyone was friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. The marble interior throughout the hotel was stunning and added a touch of elegance to our stay. As an added bonus, the complimentary breakfast was a yummy surprise, with a great variety of delicious options. Highly recommend this hotel for both special occasions and general getaways!

Stayed here for Baseball tournament, the team had a great time with basketball court and flor checkers, the game room was cool to keep little kids busy also. Indoor Pool was nice but felt a little enclosed with it being in small room. We stayed in the double bed room which was nice, everything was clean only issue was the beds weren't queen size. Double beds are small if your 4 people on the bigger size or need extra space. Definitely had plenty of room to add queen beds in the rooms. The breakfast was great had so much to choose from. The bar/restaurant areas was great Overall I would give it 9.5 out of 10 and definitely stay there again.

As other have pointed out, this is an old building with recent remodels. It is an example of contrasts: the lobby is new with marble everywhere, not my taste but whatever, it is clean and new. But there are residual old things, particularly in the rooms. For us, this was most evident in the A/C unit. We stayed two nights ago (mid-July), exhausted after 10 hours driving and arrived to a room at 76 degrees. Immediately adjusted the unit colder. It turned on and ran uneventfully for about 10 minutes. Then it made its best imitation of a jet engine. Seriously loud. My Apple Watch put it at 75dB! Obviously a terrible sleeping arrangement. Front desk didn’t believe me at first and told me the units “run loud”. I recorded a video on my phone, physically went to the front desk and showed it to him. Finally convinced there was a problem, he told me due to a wedding, the hotel was completely booked and there was nothing to be done. No 24h maintenance service, no offering to refund my payment, no offering to find another hotel. Worse, I found a review on the booking site eerily similar to my experience ~2 weeks earlier. Two possible scenarios here, both really bad: (1) core equipment in the hotel is failing or (2) they are ignoring problems while still booking customers into rooms with issues. I emailed the management with this info video, my booking site, and responded to the post-stay survey. Although I’ve received some apologies, my demands for a full refund have gone unanswered so far. I booked via credit card points, which I regret now since I would simply just reverse the charges as fraudulent if I had paid normally for the room. As it appears management reads and responds to google reviews, you’ve had multiple opportunities to make this right and missed every single chance.

Super clean. Absolute elegance and attention to detail. Incredible value. Pillow top mattresses in all rooms, spacious rooms. Equipped with fitness room, indoor pool, basketball court, friendly front desk, game room, full hot breakfast in lovely dining area, beautiful grounds.

Awesome hotel, impeccably clean, warm and friendly staff. We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable and it was one of the best night’s sleeps I have had while traveling. The breakfast was great and my son enjoyed the indoor pool. Great location and close to everything we needed to get to during our travels.

This seemed "upscale" for a Best Western (our opinion). One of the best complimentary breakfasts, lots of choices and lots of seating. There were young adult sports teams visiting at the same time (lots of children) but the hotel and staff were well prepared and had it under control. Would stay again.

The Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel was not like any other Best Western Hotel you have ever stayed at. When you enter the lobby you will see on this right a marble staircase leading to the second floor with marble railings. The lobby is two stories with a chandelier coming down from the second floor. The hallways were spotless with paintings and sculptures along the side. The room was very clean as was the bathroom with tiles and the marble countertop. There was no outside noise. The breakfast was unbelievable. Everything was spotless and a great variety of choices including Bagels, cereals, eggs, fruits and of course pancakes. The hotel is well situated being less than a half hour from Longwood Gardens and the Nemours Mansion.

This was a very nice hotel that far exceeded my prior experiences with the Best Western brand. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC managed to keep the room a comfortable temperature despite the sweltering heat outside. ||The breakfast was good, but the hours for getting breakfast are a bit short on the weekdays (ending at 9:00 a.m.). The exercise facility was clean and the machines were in good condition, with only one machine being out of order.
