Our stay at the Best Western Plus Commerce Hotel in Los Angeles was overall quite enjoyable, but it did come with a few initial hiccups that were resolved promptly by the hotel staff. We stayed at this hotel as a family for a total of five nights. The only downside during our stay was the room we were assigned to on the first night. It was located very close to the elevator and the ice machine, resulting in considerable noise throughout the night. This disturbance led to three awakenings from my sleep. However, the hotel reception staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They promptly relocated us to a quieter room for the remaining four nights of our stay, which made a significant difference in our comfort and rest. One aspect of our stay that we thoroughly enjoyed was the breakfast. It was not only rich in variety but also quite delicious. The breakfast spread had a nice selection of options, catering to different tastes and preferences, making it a great way to start our days during our stay. In conclusion, our experience at the Best Western Plus Commerce Hotel was a positive one, despite the initial noise issue. The attentive and helpful staff, along with the enjoyable breakfast offerings, added to the overall comfort and satisfaction of our stay. We appreciate the hotel's quick response to our concerns, which made our extended stay in Los Angeles quite pleasant.

The front end needs alot of work with there customers services. But every one else makes you feel at home every week that we stay. Ms. Patricia in housekeeping having the rooms spotless and fresh. In the morning breakfast with Ms. Reyna and Alicia always with a smile, a greeting and amazing service. Management should work on the night shift personnel and their front desk staff. This to make sure they don't set up anyone with a bad first taste and to try to make everyone learn from these great ladies. I love staying here at the Best Western Plus in Commerce. I travel a lot for work and have to stay in hotels and this hotel is above the rest. You will love the rooms, very large and above the standard but it's the staff that makes you have a wonderful experience. I love Delsy. She makes me feel so special. Being away from home for so long, she make sure I have everything I need. The staff really care about their guests. I stayed here Monday thru Friday for about a year, and I watched a lot of people come and go from all over the world. Seeing how the staff interact and take care of their guests is the best customer service I have ever seen. Beginning at check-in with Eduardo at the front desk. In the morning, the breakfast bar, by far the best. You will not be disappointed. Reyna and Alicia will take care of you and your family. My family loves coming here. Thank You again for making my stay welcoming, home away from home.||

Stayed 4 nights during Christmas. Rooms: large, furniture worn out, insufficient lighting, only one table light between beds. No light next to desk. Medium sized fridge and small microwave served the purpose. Free breakfast was ok, no omelette station as mentioned in previous reviews. Enough variety for everyone. Two ladies working in breakfast area are really sweet and efficient. Room cleaning ladies were also nice. Location was great for us, just off I-5. Lots of parking space, no worries to find space at night. Denny’s on premises and few others within 5 minutes drive. Free coffee and water at reception 24h. 👍 Will stay here again in future…..

The entire staff was great. Friendly and professional. Rooms and entire hotel was extremely clean. Plenty of parking for all vehicles plus overnight security visible at all hours. Breakfast had options for everybody and was a great way to start the day. I will return.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute treat. The room was elegantly designed with modern amenities, providing the perfect blend of comfort and style. Will be my hotel choice when in area! Clean and awesome amenities (computer/printing, gym, continental breakfast)||Easy checking in process and great costumer service. My children even notice the friendliness of staff. We will be returning.

This hotel was very clean and the beds were really big and firm. The staff were exceptional from the Reception Desk (with special mentions for Enma. Vicky. Hailey, Alexis...) to the catering staff, room maids, and the maintenance chaps ! They were all very polite and pleasant and catered to our requests quickly and with a smile. We would recommend it to anyone. We would defintely book this place again when we return to LA. Their breakfast was varied with a lot of options.They made the bed every day and put out fresh towels daily. The free parking was a welcome added bonus.|It was cheaper than any of the other six accomodations we stayed at during our three weeks tour. |I have just one suggestion which is that they should keep the vegetarian food separate from the meat dishes at breakfast. The meat and veg dishes were in separate compartments of the same large dish which could lead to people using the same spoons for meat and veg. This would be a problem for strict vegetarians and religious people.||There's a cheap gas station across the road, and easy access to good restaurants in the area.||Thank you Best Western Plus and keep your rates low !!!||
