Best Western Plus Christopher Inn & Suites - Hotel in Forney - 752 Pinson Rd, USA

I've stayed at the hotel previously and expected it to be clean, comfortable and quiet. This stay reinforced that opinion. Everything was immaculate, there was *zero* smell, hot water was immediate, and most importantly it was QUIET. Hallways are well carpeted, walls don't vibrate when doors close, even the elevator was hushed. Mattress was so nice we wanted to take it with us. Nothing was in disrepair. It felt luxurious.

The staff here went so far above and beyond to help us. Our area lost power for 6 days in June of this year and we had nowhere local to stay with our dogs and 4 month old baby girl. We made the 2 hour drive here not knowing what to expect. When I arrived the manager helped me so that I could get my baby, dogs and all my luggage to my room safely. I cannot say enough good things! We also really enjoyed the breakfast each day and the proximity to local restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Room was ice cold (which was amazing since we had gone nearly 48 hours without air conditioning at that point). We never could figure out the television situation, but it wasn't that important. I was relieved to find a pet-friendly (small daily fee per pet) hotel also. Lots of room for walking them and a nice little potty area with bags (super clean). I will always remember the kindness of the staff during a very stressful moment in our lives. We appreciate it so much more than you can imagine!!

Best hotel in town! had an amazing stay, they have direct tv services in the room, wifi was great, breakfast was great and room was very clean. would definitely stay here again. All the employees were very caring and very helpful!

The rooms are very pleasant with large living room areas in our suite, comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The kitchen area had a Keurig with coffee, mini fridge and sink. The breakfast lounge is very large with many items to choose from for breakfast. We appreciated the room cooled prior to our arrival. So relaxing.

This hotel was the best we had stayed at in Forney, we used to stay at holiday inn and it was absolutely terrible and would never recommend it. The Best Western will not disappoint you, very clean, great breakfast and all of the employees are very caring and helpful!

All staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. We had 2 rooms during our stay, and each of them were clean. Cleaning and maintenance staff were alert to our needs. Breakfast was plentiful as well as outstanding.

I Love the hotel. The room was beautiful but the only thing is they are short on trash cans. It's only one tiny trash can in the room. Also, the breakfast was terrible. Eggs were waterie, sausage was undercooked, looking white in color, and bacon was like eating plastic. The comminity coffee was very weak, and the coffee from the machine was very weak. The waffle mix is like pancake, not waffle mix. I didn't enjoy breakfast at all on any days while staying at the hotel.
