The hotel room was ok. Customer service was poor. Their website stated they have a shuttle and turns out they do not. I called the week before traveling and confirmed that there was a shuttle, they replied with a yes. When I called from the airport, it was a NO. I sent the manager a copy of the amenities sheet that was in my room, and the reply was in so way satisfactory. Learn from me and stay somewhere else more accommodating. I didn't ask for money back, I wanted some extra points, that was not an option.
Mckenna at the front desk was extremely helpful and assisted me with early check in.|Excellent Customer Service! Breakfast had a great selection and even gluten free items. Coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator in the room was nice to have! Room was very clean!
Had to be moved 3 times because the floors were damp and smelly. The lobby looks good upon arrival, but it goes down hill. Toilet seat was loose, paper holder was broken. Wanted to do laundry, but it was sooo dirty. Stepped in the tub and black came off our feet. No grab bars in the shower, not good. For close to $350. TERRIBLE PLACE
This hotel is on the lower end of pricing in the Fairbanks area. You get what you pay for. Though the lobby was really nice and breakfast was good as well. It seems to be going under renovations and a lot of other things were not yet updated. That was somewhat disappointing, especially for what you have to pay for a hotel these days. Also, the outside grounds were relatively dirty and full of garbage, which was hard to take my pets out on
Waste of money. Highly recommend going to Pikes or Sophie station instead. Their gym was broken down and the customer service was poor. They were incredibly rude. Their website stated they have a shuttle and turns out they do not. Also, I was informed prior I could store my luggage for a few hours after check out since my flight wasn’t until later in the day. Then, the day of they claimed there wasn’t any space and basically that I was SOL. Also at check out time I was gathering my things and using the restroom before heading out and right at 10:59 they’re banging on my door. The whole experience was a joke. Learn from me and stay somewhere else more accommodating especially if you’re going to be spending that much money.
everything was very good. glad to have car plug-ins. Front desk people nice and helpful. (also hotel is across street from big shopping and next door to the best coffee stand!) Would have been nice if hotel had airport shuttle, and didn't charge for early check-in, but we had a great stay.
We were here a week. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options. They accommodated us very well. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. The coffee machine was in service 24/7. It makes cappuccinos, lattes, etc. We would use this motel again.
We thought "plus" was upscale-This is a dump-We checked is 307-unpacked and when we took off our shoes, the carpet was wet, should have known by the smell, out of 307, into 301, unpacked again-again the carpet was wet and stunk. Packed up again and off to floor 1, oh what a mistake-dirty, stunk, garbage left behind-see the pics
Great place to stay! Location is the best, right next to the downtown park. We went for a walk at the park and across the river. Gorgeous views. Definitely worth spending the little bit of extra $$ to stay here!
The rooms were clean and beautiful. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The shower pressure was bad and the breakfast options could have been better. The Lady at the front desk was very helpful. The location was fantastic- close to walmart
So the rooms were very spacious but definitely a bit dated. They have baseboard heat that wasn't working properly so the room was pretty cold the first night. The customer Service was great, they immediately sent someone up to look at it and he could
Dropped in for a Saturday Class. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The gym was huge, clean and warm! The workout was sweaty, loved it! Highly recommend if you are visiting, super easy drop in process.
