Best Western Plus Castle Rock - Hotel in Castle Rock - 595 Genoa Way, USA

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Castle Rock, CO. I had just arrived from Georgia and was pretty tired. The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. I had a good restful night and granted a late check-out because I didn't have to be in Boulder until 3:00pm. As I was leaving I filled my small medicine cooler with ice and left it in the lobby near the door. I then made a second trip to my room to gather my things, load up and head to Boulder. Well..........when I got to Boulder I couldn't find my cooler and realised that I must have left it at the hotel. I called and again spoke with a young lady at the front desk who was pleasant and she confirmed that my cooler was there. I told her that I would return to pick it up the following day and when I got there my cooler was behind the front desk waiting for it. Not only was my medication in there, there was still ice in it! This may not sound like a big deal but if they hadn't grabbed my cooler and kept it safe and sound I would have had an abrupt ending to a week long trip. Thanks to the staff at the Castle Rock Best Western I was able to complete my trip. The hotel was clean and their service was excellent. I would encourage any traveler to choose the Castle Rock Best Western if you are looking for a great place to stay.

Very comfortable room. Clean and well supplied. Have stayed before and will be staying again. I go to the Renaissance Faire in Larkspur each year and because of the distance I live, it is necessary I stay in Castle Rock overnight. I have stayed in other hotels, however, this is one of the nicest.

The people who work at this hotel deserve a huge pat on the back, they were amazing. Eunice was beyond accommodating. We were allowed to take over the breakfast room for a mini family reunion, it was perfect. Thank you! I will say that the sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable and my back still hurts but that is the only complaint I have.

Needs updating. I would call this a Best Western Minus. Low water pressure, slow toilet flush. Iron and hair dryer plugs fell out of the wall socket next to the door. Can of sparkling water exploded in the fridge and our lettuce was frozen. Breakfast was OK but prefer not to have slimy cheese in the omelet. Watery oatmeal. Luggage trolleys need to be replaced with new ones.

This hotel is honestly perfect for a family stay the beds are extremely comfortable and will have you missing your alarm.! The breakfast food was great and very nutritional and overall good service around the hotel including staffs hospitality and service around the whole hotel.

I don't know if it was because of the deal I got, the late check in, or what, but my family was given a room obviously used for pets. Immediately upon opening the door, it smelled like dog and there were cat scratch marks on the corner of the bed frame. It was late, I have two small kids and a pregnant wife that was tired, and I didn't feel like complaining so I didn't. To top this off, as per the industry standard now days apparently, the pool was freezing. Overall the room was cleaned, but still smelled. Breakfast was decent, and staff was mostly friendly, but man was this a disappointment especially with mostly positive reviews from others.

I stayed for my sons 10th bday and asked a sweet woman at check in if I could store my sons cake and she went out of her way to make sure I could. Then later at 2am I had to rush my other son to the ER and came back at 4 am. The graveyard lady asked if I or my son needed anything. I mean not a lot of people would and would just brush it off after saying okay. Nope not her, she asked if I needed anything and that she hopes that he feels better. I will most definitely stay at this best western for now on.
