Best Western Plus Butte Plaza Inn - Hotel in Butte - 2900 Harrison Ave, USA

While on a cross-country road trip with our pets, we stumbled upon this gem of a hotel and were delighted with the experience. Signing up for the free rewards program turned out to be a fantastic decision. Not only did we get the pet fee waived, but we were also welcomed with a thoughtful gift bag of water and snacks, plus two drink tickets for my husband and me—much appreciated after an 8.5-hour drive! The lobby and our room were spotless, and the staff’s prompt and friendly service at both check-in and check-out was noteworthy. Maybe it’s just Montanans being their genuinely warm selves, but everyone we met seemed exceptionally kind. The bar's vibe was chill and the drink prices were shockingly reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise coming from Seattle, and breakfast exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and variety of choices. This hotel made our road trip much more enjoyable and relaxing—highly recommended!

Great hotel if you are traveling with dogs. Multiple entrances to the hotel allow for easy access, especially for those of us traveling with dogs and lots of luggage and dog paraphernalia. Rooms were clean, new and showers excellent. Great proximity to the highway for easy access. Dog facilities were excellent. Large area for the dogs to play and do their things. If there was any issue, the room could have been a little larger but overall, an excellent experience especially if traveling with dogs.

The beds are comfortable and lots of pillows. They are pet friendly. Placed us on the ground level by a door but not too close to the door. Clean facilities and a good breakfast. Not a bad price for a hotel room. Plenty of restaurants near by you could walk to if you wanted

The room was very nice . The bed was comfortable and linen was in good condition. We had an interior facing room so it was very quiet . We didn’t try any of the hotel amenities since we checked in late and left early . We did try the free breakfast offering . We were pleasantly surprised the quality and variety of food available to choose from . We almost didn’t even go look since at most hotels it is an unpleasant ( gross ) experience. It was very clean in the food area and the food was good ( come on it is free and a buffet but it was actually good ! ) All the employees were very nice we encountered.

I honestly think the best part of the hotel was the breakfast. It was a REAL breakfast....and it had gluten and dairy free options as well! Very accommodating. The rooms were clean. I only wish the walls had been a little thicker, so we didn't hear people coming in and out of rooms so much.

Honestly I didn't expect much based of the outside appearance. Just expected a typical hotel with typical rooms. When I got to the room I was wowed. It's by far the nicest room from a Best Western that I've stayed in. I constantly travel for work and am in out of hotels. I've stayed at many best westerns and this one is by far my favorite. The rooms were clean, modernly updated, and there were so many great options for breakfast. It wasn't your typical sausage patty rubber bacon and tater tot breakfast some hotels offer as "breakfast". 10/10.

We had a wonderful experience. I also agree with so many other reviewers on an amazing breakfast and attendants. My husband enjoyed the workout room and appreciated the variety. Their pet fee of $15 is more reasonable than other places. We also didn't feel like we were in a pet room (very clean and no smells), other than there was quite a bit of noise from other dogs around us. Most notably, we forgot a bag of souvenirs and the staff and manager were extremely prompt in helping us locate it and getting it shipped to us. We value the extra mile they went for us!

The wife and I stayed at this Best Western on 5/24/2024. The Lady who checked us in was polite and friendly, greeted us with a smile( I apologize for not having her name). We got to our room and noticed a note saying have a great day safe travels, singed Hali and Brittany. That was nice. the room was really clean, I could walk barefoot in the room and my feet did not feel dirty. The only complaint about the room was the A/C froze up on us over night, no big deal just a little warm for us from cold country. I mentioned it to the front desk during check out in the morning and they were sincerely apologetic. I recommend for anyone coming through butte that needs a place to stay to stay here. the young lady tending to the breakfast on sat morning was busy polite and was keeping things very clean on a busy morning. We would like to thank the staff here for a wonderful stay and great experience and wish them well.
