Easy access off 95. Clean and comfortable. Room smelled fine. Had a king room on 3rd floor facing the main road. Left fan on continuous run and only heard ambulance noise. Standard breakfast with waffles and pancakes. If you’re germ conscious, we didn’t see one staff the whole time we ate so there was no cleaning of tables between patrons. Only negative was staff smoking at front entrance (a person wearing scrubs-may have been a guest?) Seemed to be fair value for the price. Accommodations on par for BW chain. We would return however not so amazing that wouldn’t try somewhere else next time.

Very pleasant and comfortablr|for the price this was a very good value. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean. What really makes it above and beyond is the lovely staff. The young lady behind the desk on December 15 assigned us a handicap accessible room without being asked and the next morning when I was panicking because I couldn't find my glasses, instead of waving me off, she asked if she could wait until she had coverage and she would actually come and help me find them. It really says a lot about a hotel that they hire such lovely people.

great place to stop after setting on I-95 south bound for over an hour. The room was clean and comfortable. You could smell the Cleanliness of the hotel. Greeted with a smile. The young attendant who monitored the breakfast area was helpful and kept the area extremely clean.

Positive: We will definitely stay here again. Great location, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Our room was quiet. Room featured a Keurig style coffee maker which we enjoy. Negative: Everything was great.

Positive: It was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. The lady in the breakfast room was so friendly and attentive to anything we needed. Negative: The bed was too close to the heat/ AC unit. Made getting out of bed at night difficult.

Husband and I stayed here for 1 night while traveling. The lady at the check in and check out were very nice. Location was good. The bed was really comfortable. But that's about it. Our room was not very cleaned. Went to take a shower and there was dirt and hair in the bathtub. The drain stop in the tub would not stay open for us to shower. My husband had to use his Leatherman tool to keep it under the drain stopper so we can shower without filling up the tub. Tried to watch TV but it wouldn't turn on. We took the remote to the front desk to see if it needed new batteries. Batteries were ok but still no TV. Front lady came up to our room and looked at it. Found out the electrical outlet was not working where it was plugged into the wall. So plugged the TV into a different outlet and finally was working. Also the rug needed to be vacuumed.

We stayed one night here and loved it. The staff was extremely kind, the area is nice and quiet and right off of the interstate, the continental breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were comfy and clean. Definitely looking forward to staying here again the next time we come through the area!

Positive: This is a newer hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Good coffee and Nespresso machine at breakfast. Negative: No complaints for our stay. We would have stayed longer, but the rates jacked up for the weekend because of the Ga/Fl game.
