Best Western Plus Berkshire Hills Inn & Suites - Hotel in Pittsfield - 1350 W Housatonic St, USA

This is a first class Best Western. Director of Operations Anthony Arevalo truly goes above and beyond for his staff and visitors. The room was very clean, all hardware and appliances in good working order. Best of all, the policy on dogs is really cool. And the grounds are nice for walking and for walking your dog. The breakfast was terrific, with gluten-free options as well as the regular American breakfast food. Air conditioning and heat were comfortable and could easily be adjusted if necessary. Thank you Anthony and staff for making my time in the Berkshires so easy!

We booked a family suite, and everything was literally great. The place was clean, the staff genuinely kind and friendly, and when we asked for a restaurant recommendation, the gentleman at the front desk recommended Roasted Garlic. Hadn’t heard of it before, and with it being a couple miles down the road, we went and that was awesome too! Overall, absolutely great hotel.

All the bases were covered at this hotel. Very clean, good breakfast, rooms were fine. Professional, polite, helpful front desk staff. It didn't pretend to be something it wasn't, and instead made sure all amenities were spot-on. Worth the price and cheaper than other area hotels.

Very nice hotel. The shower pressure was perfect and most of the amenities worked. A couple things like the television remote and the microwave were on their last legs but everything else worked great! Bed was very comfortable and pretty clean. The breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast. Wasn't perfect but certainly adequate. The staff was friendly and had zero issues checking in. Price was average to good for area and quality of room. Certainly wasn't a bad price for what we received. They also gave us free water bottles for being rewards members. If you don't like road noise, don't go here. My girlfriend commented on hearing cars most of the night but she likes the sounds of that and it did not bother me either. I know some people don't like road noise. All in all, very nice quality hotel and would certainly consider staying here again.

I was a little disappointed in this BW. I previously stayed in one at the finger lakes which was a million times nicer. First the good - Matthew at the front desk was wonderful, helpful and super nice. That kid is going places - give him a raise, BW! The negative was the bed wasn't that comfortable, I could clearly hear footsteps above us (we were on the 2nd floor) and conversations in adjacent rooms. The entire hotel felt very dated and in need of a serious upgrade.

This hotel is a nice safe area, which is important to me as I’m traveling with a family. It was clean and the staff were nice. my only small issue were the pillows they were squares and very thick and hard. I prefer a standard regular pillow.

Any time we are in the area we always stay here. The hotel is spotless with a great breakfast. Never had an issue with any room we have ever stayed in here. The staff is always top notch and accommodating. There is a pet walk area right outside on the side of the hotel. Also has a mini store inside for basic needs and refreshments. Beautiful area. I can’t rave enough about this hotel.

Our room was on the 2nd floor, room 214 and it had an awful odor in the room and in the bathroom smelled like urine, there was a dirty hand print on the floor length mirror. 6am the next morning the family above us let their kids jump up and down on our ceiling for over an hour. The breakfast was ok nothing great. The coffee was good.
