Best Western Plus Anderson - Hotel in Anderson - 2114 E 59th St, USA

The staff member that was working when I arrived was super nice. She did forget to mention that if we would have said we were staying at the Best Western at Texas Roadhouse where we ate we could have saved 10%. That would have been nice but it was already too late. Wife and I were there celebrating our 15th anniversary. We went to go enjoy the hot tub that evening to find that it was barely warm and the jets weren't working. The staff member came and tried to fix it the best she could. She at least got half the jets working. But hey the next day when we were leaving it looks like they got it fixed. Good for the next people. I feel the bottom of the hot tub and pool could be cleaned way better. There looked to be sand and dirt all on the bottom. The big big disappointment in the evening was that bed. It feels like a piece of wood with a mattress topper. Both the wife and I tossed and turned all night long not getting much sleep. I am still sore while writing this 24 hours later. Hotel was clean and had a decent breakfast but the pool, hot tub, and bed had more of a 1 star hotel feel.

Our stay was very welcoming and rooms were excellent! Breakfast was top notch! The wonderful woman that took care of preparing was pleasant and very personable! Katie, who was the 2nd shift front desk, was beyond welcoming and pleasant. I’ve never seen someone clean and tidy up as much as her the entire shift. Any business would be grateful to have an asset like her! Katie will be the reason we book again! That woman deserves a raise for representing so well! I’d offer her a job!

Katie, the lady working the front desk, made our group (Derby City Speed Skate team) feel like we were guests in her house. We were going to miss the complimentary breakfast and she made "to go bags" so we had a bite to eat before our competition the next morning. Our room was Excellent!! Brand new, very clean, fitness room, pool,.... WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!

I always book through the best western app and we originally were staying in a different state but because of weather our plans were changed so when I arrived I was told I didn’t have a reservation, I had mistakenly made it for the next night but Katie at the front desk immediately took care of the situation, put us in a newly remodeled room, told us about all the amenities and the full breakfast! She was the nicest person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. We travel from Michigan to Indiana every so often and we will definately stay there again!

A very clean hotel. Friendly staff, wonderful hotel breakfast available and the lady taking care of the breakfast was as sweet as could be. Great presentation. Front desk Katie was a real asset to our stay. So accommodating, super friendly and more than willing to suggest the pool, hot tub, snacks. She made our stay very memorable. (2nd shift front desk) Hope this review is seen by other locals hotels-Katie deserves a raise! 😊

We were very pleased with the amenities and staff at this location. Price was also in line. Convenient location for our trip. Breakfast was a step above most places. Different menu choices every day. Beds and pillows were great!!

Booked a room for Christmas close to muncie. Called talked to Katie awsome person she said they were remodeled and great food. She was 100% right the cook is great lots of Hot Food good food, and let me tell you the room are really nice and the cleaning ladies are great so friendly this place needs 13 on a 1 to 10 scale for above and beyond for 6 days here I will be back during the year again.

The king room I was I was so big. There was a couch and coffee table. Everything was spotless. They thought of everything. The remote was clean and in a cover. There was a shower chair. They had the shower, conditioner, Lotio and face soap for use. They had a mini snack room for items to purchase. Also in the room were a refrigerator, microwave and Kerug coffeemaker with a few options. If you are a breakfast person, there’s is great! They even have a board showing you each morning’s menu. Hot and cold items. I was pleasantly impressed with my stay.
