This little place didn’t disappoint. The friendliest staff we’ve come across in our travels. From the front desk staff and maintenance crew, to the manager and owner, everyone had smiles and took pride in their jobs. Clean rooms and a spectacular breakfast! Breakfast includes a burrito bar, oatmeal with mix ins, biscuits and gravy. The omelette outside in the courtyard was excellent. My hubs is a foodie and said it was the best omelette he’s ever had. Hopefully we will be back this way and can stop again!
This was a wonderful place to stay. Cute set up, EXCELLENT service, and an AMAZING breakfast experience. All of the staff treat you with kindness and offer smiles. They truly exhibit customer service. The room is comfortable. The way they have the entire establishment set up and decorated makes it feel cozy. The breakfast is not your normal, run-of-the-mill continental breakfast served in hotels. They served biscuits with sausage gravy and fresh omelettes were made to order. You could dine inside or outside with music playing. The family LOVED breakfast!
Have a great experience here! Old western feel with authentic decor. Rooms are huge. Staff is amazing. The cherry on top is the breakfast! There's a couple of cow folk in the court yard who will make you a fresh omelet with your choice of ingredients!! Great atmosphere. If you don't want an omelet, go inside and enjoy a buffet style breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes... Waffles.. Fruit, coffee etc.. Worth the price alone!! Thank you for making our stay so special!
Great quick stop over. We called late and asked for an additional rollout bed. The front desk was able to get the extra bed ready for us in the room before we arrived. Clean and easy for pets. |Breakfast is free and there is an additional omelette bar outside in the morning which made it fun for the kids. They did a great job!
This is an older style one floor hotel, the kind where you park your car in front of of your door which is so handy! An older dated hotel with fresh renovation of the bathroom, great water pressure and a spacious and absolutely clean room! The bed was comfortable and firm. So the room was awesome; and then there is the staff which were friendly and amazing; and then in the morning, the breakfast was quite the surprise! Biscuits and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, or tortillas and fixens’ if you wanted to make a breakfast burrito. Not enough? They also had waffles you could make fresh, toast, muffins, milk and cereal, and yogurt and plenty of juice and coffee. Not enough? They even had a made to order omelet bar outside on the patio! HIGHLY recommend this Best Western in Lusk. The owners are fantastic, friendly and clearly genuinely care about their customers. It's clear that there's a lot of pride in this hotel. Our room was exceedingly clean and well cared for. The beds were the most comfortable beds I slept in throughout the 9 nights we were away from home. Our room was large and had been partially updated. The bathroom was spotless and everything was in proper working order. I would never in a million years think that I would comment about this being a "problem" but I actually wanted a little less water pressure coming out of the shower! Water temperature was easy to maintain. The A/C unit was controlled with an older thermostat which worked but it did shut off on us in the middle of the night and it got a bit warm in the room. The morning we checked out, the owners were cooking fresh made to order omelets in the courtyard. I would happily stay here at this hotel in the future with these owners!
Great ambience at this hotel. Our room was in a motor in -type setting and we loved it! It was clean and quiet. Excellent staff. Beyond friendly and kind. Super comfortable place – and cute. Breakfast served inside is plentiful. Omelette station made in a covered wagon and served outside in a wooded courtyard. Super charming and delicious.
What a fabulous Best Western. The room was clean, large, with a larger than normal mini fridge that held our leftover pizza box. When we checked in, the front desk told us all about their amazing breakfast. Wow!!!!! Made to order omelettes out on the patio with all the good stuff you could ever want! Headed into the hotel to get some cottage fries. They had anything you might ever want for breakfast from biscuits and gravy, to breakfast burrito makings, waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs and sausage and list goes on and on!!! Everyone was super kind, helpful and seemed happy to work there!!!
Bed was AMAZING. Room was updated and modern. I'm a fan sleeper and was pleasantly surprised to see the modern ceiling fan. We pulled in a little later and the front desk gal was more than happy to get us settled in. We'll definitely choose this hote
