Best Western Petaluma Inn - Hotel in Petaluma - 200 S McDowell Blvd, USA

3 different receptionists I met were very nice and answered every question I had. The person who was managing breakfast was very helpful and made sure we had anything we could need. Booked 2 rooms and both Rooms were very clean. I was provided toothpaste and toothbrush since I had forgotten to bring my own. Very positive experience.

When we were looking for available motels in the Bay area I fully expected a 2.5 experience. Instead it was a 5. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and pillows were good quality. Room was quiet in spite of being near freeway ( the hotel is conveniently located for easy access) We had a good night's sleep! The hot breakfast was exceptionally great. Maria V has worked the breakfast room for 18 years. Her sunny personality and professionalism made this an above and beyond delicious breakfast.experience. She made waffles to order, she opened swimming pool gate for us when she saw that we had our hands full. She came back later and served us extra orange juice. She made sure all food items were stocked and the bacon, eggs and sausage were hot. She is a true gem and I hope the Best Western recognizes her contribution to an excellent guest experience. This was an exceptional value. I made this BW location one of my "favorites." Will definitely book again when in the area.

This BW is one of the nicest I stay at, right up there with IHG and Bonvoy properties. Except, their people are so friendly and welcoming. Very staff member goes out of their way to make sure your happy and any requests are honored. And, all day long there is someone cleaning, sweeping, making sure the greenery is manicured. The facility is so well-kept up.||The breakfast is good. Lots of topping choices for oatmeal and waffles. There is fresh fruit, but no bp. ||The rooms have a 3’ fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. The showers are a bit small, 30” square. I do not know if any rooms have tubs. They have a USA Today, too.

I would look for better. Non existing internet, noisy, poor heating-cooling system. The room was clean and bed was good. ||If all you require is a clean room and decent bed then you should be fine if you wear ear plugs. ||Breakfast was good and the lady rooming the room during the week is great. She was the most conscientious of the employees. ||Hot water worked well for us but not some of the other five rooms in our party. ||Personally next time i would spend more and stay elsewhere.

Very small, claustrophobic rooms and we had an active ant infestation issue in our bathroom. We also didn't want to use the pool because it looked dirty and was not heated. It seemed like the pool filters weren't working or weren't on and we didn't feel safe swimming there. This was one of the worst Best Western experiences we've ever had and don't feel great about having to pay top dollar for it.

For a 2 star hotel it was extremely clean. Everything you needed. Breakfast was a pretty good spread. Should be more then a 2 star. I will definitely stay here on my next family visit.

After staying at 2 other hotels in the area that were far more expensive & ending up sick do to mold in one hotel & being scared to death by the cops and crazy stuff going on at the other. Checking in at the Best western Petaluma was such a relief and exactly what I needed. It was clean the staff were wonderful & the breakfast was spot on. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonable priced option that is clean, comfortable and safe.

you can't go wrong with a BW. Although some are more swank than others, generally depending on location|This an OK location, and the service was good even though they were really busy.|The single room was just this side of tiny. The bathroom was way small, like step outside to change your mind small , There was good water pressure and lots of "right now" hot water.|The breakfast area is way too small for the location, so I'd get there early as you can.|There was adequate parking, and the location is just a short distance from a Target and it's friends.
