Best Western Pendleton Inn - Hotel in Pendleton - 400 SE Nye Ave, USA

I stayed here one night while traveling from Idaho Falls to Seattle. I arrived at check-in time and there were about 10 people in front of me and only one clerk. Nonetheless the line moved quickly.||I was on the second floor and discovered there was no elevator which was a bit inconvenient as I had a lot of baggage with me. That was really the only downside.||The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable and it was quiet. There are several restaurants nearby. We had the biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs for breakfast and they were fine. There was a lot to select from to include cereal, bagels, pastry, sausage. The apple juice had no taste but the coffee was hot and good!

We stayed one night. Arrived after 8 pm and left around 9 am, so didn't take advantage of the pool. Breakfast was fine - what you would expect from a hotel breakfast buffet - omelets, hash browns, sausage, and gravy (but no biscuits). Also had instant oatmeal, cold cereal, and apples and oranges.||We reserved the one bedroom suite, with a king bed in the bedroom and 2 queen beds in the main room. Everything was great until we realized that there was no air conditioning in the bedroom. (It was 100 degrees that day.) The air conditioner in the main room was not strong enough to cool both rooms, and the placement of the air conditioner made it difficult for the cool air to reach the bedroom.||We asked for a fan or portable air conditioner, but the hotel had neither. We were told that no one had complained before. Not very helpful when trying to sleep in a warm room. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that the manager would not be in until 10 or 11 the following day. Again, not helpful.||This is a fine place to stay, but if you book the one bedroom suite bring your own fan.

The hotel was pet friendly, and that's great. We never saw any poop bags, at least out our hall door, which was the nearest one to take our dog out. We used our own. The shower was not great. Barely a trickle. It wasn't worth our time. It would have been nice considering how sweaty we were from the heat. Breakfast was good. They ran out of plates and forks, though, we thought that was odd considering it was right before the 4th of July.

I am very disappointed. I paid $70 more than a similar motel since they had a pool and hot tub both of which were unusable because their lights weren’t working. The jets on the hot tub also weren’t working. The fridge was warm. It smells of stale cigarettes through out the entire building. The outer doors also do not lock so anyone could gain access to the building with out staff noticing. The bed are super hard and the pillows are flat from repeated use. Our room had trash left in it from the previous guest. Overall the amenities that you pay extra for here are not worth the price. It’s similar to the motel 6 or Super 8 and those are cheaper. Don’t let the pictures fool you like they did me. I made my reservation in advance so by the time I stayed there wasn’t any local rooms available or I would have asked for a refund.

This place is terrible for the price. It was no better than a super 8 or motel 6 but twice the price. The fridge was warm. There was leftover garbage from the previous guest. The floor was sticky. The rooms smell like cigarettes. The pool and hot tub were unusable due to the lights being broken. The staff seemed like they hated their job. The pillows and bed were so uncomfortable. I’m never going back.

This hotel was pretty cool. It was a two bedroom, three bed suite. It was very convenient for a family of five, and the King room was separate from the room with two queens. The king room had no a/c, but it did have a large window we left open at night. There is only one bathroom. We slept comfortably and enjoyed breakfast. The kids went down to the pool, which was pretty clean. We tried to stay there on the way back, but it was at capacity.

Nice accommodation, better than most, across the street from cheapest gas in town. Early check-in on a weekday without argument. Quiet location. No elevator so ask for ground floor room if it’s necessary. Toilet was small and low to the ground.

Highly recommend. Clean & quiet. Great breakfast. Swimming pool very nice. Staff was friendly. Felt safe. Has a nice view. Can not hear noise from freeway. Breakfast has a nice variety and is is prepared well. Dining room is clean. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good nights rest.
