The only problem I had was our room faced the pool. So inside window, mostly it was the curtains don't cover the sides of the window so you can see out and people can still see in. Very clean. Good coffee, never find very good coffee at hotels usually. The breakfast was great . Close to a lot of truck stops but you don't hear them. Hopefully we can try out the restaurant next time. Staff was friendly and right there ready to help. It's a nice and quiet setting, I felt very comfortable.
Really nice people- the hotel is a little tired but clean. Shower was great! Bathroom well equipped. Bed and linen very comfortable. Very thin walls and we had someone on a call from 6am forward that woke us up. Also a little loud in the evening. Glass windows that are the full front of the room let in a lot of sound and light. The friendly staff makes up the difference. Exercise equipment was in very bad shape, potentially unsafe. Not lot of food options nearby but we did ok.
First off, don't go by prices shown on Google maps. The rates are much higher. After 13 hrs on the road, we bit the bullet . The room was quite small, but it was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The ac worked well, and the area was quiet. We like the sink area and shower area being separate. The next time through Rock Springs, we will look for other places to stay due to the high rates.
Great Best Western location! Enjoyed the atrium and pool. Well worth the stay in a national historic site. Stopped at this location while traveling back from visiting Yellowstone, right off I80. Great staff who went above & beyond to make it a great stay!
Converted motel. Very odd layout. Definitely no road noise on the lower level due to extreme soundproofing in the rooms, but weird to have a room with windows and no natural daylight. Indoor pool. Kitchen was out of commission when we stayed there. Lots of prepackaged food at breakfast, truck stop coffee, omelettes/sausage/bacon on a steam table with A sneeze guard so deep, you have to crouch down to get the lids off, and try not to burn yourself at the same time.
The motel is very strangely laid out with a large open area in the center that is too humid because of the pool. You must carry your suitcase up to your room. Room locks stick. There is a trick to opening them. Finally, mediocre free breakfast at best.
A well kept older building. The exercise room was nicely air conditioned and had enough room for floor exercise. Because of the building age there were fewer power outlets than needed, but they had enhanced the one at the work desk in our room with a multiple outlet.
Overall, great experience absolutely amazing people at the desk. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was decent. Had a lot of options to choose from. Within walking distance of plenty of places to eat did not check out the pool, but it looked very nice.
Great value, clean hotel with fitness and guest laundry, full hot breakfast with omelet station and eggs made to order. Restaurant very clean and well attended by 2 ladies. We also had Mexican dinner there and the food was plentiful and delicious. Pe
This is probably the best overall service I've received from this franchise. Check in was quick and efficient. The one thing that struck me and I appreciate is that as I checked in the hotel manager came out of the office and monitored my check-in. A
Definitely one of one location. The clerk I believe his name was Brandon, very much helpful and patient to my particular needs! Will return again anytime in rock springs. ð

Stopped by for some coffee on our drive from Salt Lake to Denver and the owner was super kind and easy to talk to. Ended up chatting for about 20 minutes. Coffee was excellent and so was the hospitality!
Everyone seems to be talking about the bar and food. I will say this for the local vets, they take care of their own. Much love and much understanding. If you are in rock springs And a vet please make sure you stop in. Join the legion and help you
Stop here if driving through! Service was lovely and food was delicious. Despite being out of a few things (shipping issues) they were accommodating. The biscuits and gravy, and the breakfast sandwich on Texas toast were delicious. I also got an Engl
This donut shop is so cute! The gal who served us was kind and very accommodating to my kiddos, giving them their donuts in their own bags. She also filled a long John with cream for me since they were out of bavarians! And she heated up my husbands
I was super excited about gluten free crepes, the only problem was deciding on what to order! It all sounded so good. We got the flying Hawaiian and the buffalo chicken crepes, both amazing! Added bonus of great coffees and Red Bull infusions! I will
