Best Western - On The Avenue - Hotel in Buffalo - 510 Delaware Ave, USA

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful by pointed all of the local restaurant within walking distance to the hotel. Really good restaurants I might add. The breakfast was far better than most of the bigger hotel chains that I have been too. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the freshness of the food, well done. The room was large enough and clean, I was able to work from the room without any internet issues. I would definitely be staying there again when in Buffalo, Great value.

overall hotel was good. room was clean. breakfast was your normal selections. could have used some more bread or pastry options. the gentleman running the breakfast was on top of it bringing out fresh food constantly. he was very friendly. we went on a Thursday and parking was limited. there were only a few spots left when we returned to the hotel. overall it worked for what we needed it for.

As an avid traveler and a member of Best Western, I always prioritize staying at their properties. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western - On The Avenue, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. The front desk staff welcomed me with warm smiles, and the continental breakfast was well-maintained, fresh, and beautifully presented, and my room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Simply an incredible experience. The staff is amazing, the hotel is well maintained, the beds are comfortable, the hotel is safe, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is amazing. We want to thank Troy for being an exceptional host and for always taking care of us. What an incredible person!!

The staff are wonderful and very attentive. The hotel seems newly renovated. The rooms are a good size and in top notch repair. The bathroom has a walk in shower. The staff are very friendly (as is everyone in Buffalo). The location in Allentown is fabulous and some very nice restaurants are close by. There is a list at the front desk. Breakfasts are included and a cut above most Best Westerns. The owner seems to be readily present.

This is a decent quality for the price considering it is in downtown. It is no frills, but does cover the bases of a nice, convenient and clean stay with free parking. We wanted to walk around the Allen St and Elmwood area, and this was perfect for that. It was also one of the cheapest, but still we pay a premium for being downtown I guess. The breakfast was nice if you just want a convenient bagel , coffee or something simple and prepacked. They had hot eggs, potatoes and sausage too, but I did not venture to try those. Buffalo is very cute-I'd say it was worth a few extra bucks to stay downtown and see the sights.

Loved this place! The desk staff were amazing, so welcoming and cheerful. Super clean room, great breakfast, easy parking. What more can you ask for? In a great location for some really nice bars and restaurants close by and it's also an easy stroll into town. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Everything was great! Property was walkable to downtown restaurants and theaters.|Staff was nice and check in was efficient and quick. Breakfast was good, loved the cheesy egg scramble. Will definitely stay again when our travels bring us into the area!
