Best Western Of Lake George - Hotel in Lake George - 2452 State Hwy 9N, USA

Convenient location just off the Interstate. We requested room service on our second day of stay. we returned to our room late in the day to find out our room has not been made up. No housekeeping was done during our six-day stay. No toiletries replenishment, no towel replacement. On our third day we had breakfast in the lobby and a few sliced of white bread had molds. A fellow hotel guest brought it to the staff's attention.

Reasonable rates. Very courteous staff, great breakfast. Nothing to complain about and we have stayed here several times over the years. Highly recommend it as the location is very close to downtown. A very clean room with good service.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were extremely nice and provided information about the area. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and relaxing. Reasonable pricing for the 2 nights I stayed. Breakfast was average but still pretty good. Great location to Lake George village and many hiking opportunities in the area.

1) The water wasn't working. No shower. No toilet flushing. They had it fixed the next day, but nothing done to compensate. 2) The hotel in general is not up to date or clear. It's more gross than not gross. 3) The pool had to be shut down due to unsanitary conditions. There was some temporary pump with a huge puddle next to it. Overall, not nice. In summary....I cancelled my second night and booked down the road.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at recently. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about local area. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and well stocked. Location is right off the interstate exit. Very easy in and out. Plenty of parking.

We decided to take a trip to NY, and stayed at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, the rooms were so clean. There was a group of us traveling together and this hotel was so helpful at giving us what we needed. The hot tub was amazing and so refreshing. The kids loved both of the other pools as well. Breakfast was delicious and the staff doing breakfast was really friendly. We will be back again!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. These are the first three words that come up as soon as I think about reviewing my stay. As a family, we were there for 3 nights back in August and each day was horrible. There were tons of centipedes in the bathroom. We even compalined and nothing really was done. People at the counters like to stay outside smoking while people staying at a hotel wait for them to come in. They were the most unhelpful bunch of people I have ever saw working at the front desk. Coffee machine was broken, which they did not fix. Indoor pool had issues which they kept telling us, "oh it will be fixed tomorrow' but that did not happen for 3 days; felt like lied. |I am not going back there ever again and will not let anyone I know stay there. I even feel like not staying at Best Western anywhere. There was nothing best really. NOT GOIN BACK THERE, EVER!!

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, decent hot tub, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. The price, however, seemed steep for the end of the season. But the town was packed so apparently the laws of supply and demand kicked in.
