The rooms are not what you see in the pictures on the website. This is a motel not a hotel for starters. We had no toilet paper the internet was nonexistent. The bed felt like things were crawling on you. The only that looked decent was the pool but we didn't try it as we left shortly after arriving with no type of refund. I can say I'm not fog too be starting here again and now I will be hesitant about booking best western in the future.
I booked this hotel on Priceline and found it to be an excellent value. I would stay here again when traveling.||We checked in late, and the hotel was safe and well-lit after dark. My impression of other guests were there were a lot of business travelers.||The staff at the front desk, including both a long-time employee and a new trainee, were friendly, efficient, and professional. The lobby is well-appointed with a fountain and greenery is the center. Overall, it made an excellent first impression.||Our room had exterior access. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Some negative reviews note that the hotel is older. All I can say to that is they don't make them like they used to.||In the morning, over in the atrium, there is a full breakfast served. It is included with the price of your room. It starts at 6 a.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. on weekends. You'll find things like eggs, sausage, chicken patties, biscuits, grits, and gravy there, along with cereal, fruit, freshly-made waffles, and yogurt. There's good, freshly-brewed Community coffee to get you going. The staff member working the breakfast was chipper for the early hour and was friendly with other folks eating the breakfast. That interaction underscored how superb the staff at this hotel was. Excellent customer service was the norm here.||I walked around the grounds before leaving that morning and was impressed with the conference center in the back. There is a lot to this hotel. I hope to stay here again when traveling through this area.
I LOVED this place! Staff is so friendly and treat you like family! If you needed anything, you can call and they would resolve whatever problem you are encountering ( within their control) they have an AMAZING breakfast hall and the pool was beautiful! The set up was nice! The hot tub was currently out of order ( like most things in this world do) I had an amazing experience all around. It didn't take long to check in, and the receptionists are so sweet. They listen to everything you say, they don't ignore you, they excuse themselves from your conversation to answer the hotel phone ( which is understandable, I would have done the same) there were crickets in the room, but you can't exactly keep them out, Louisiana is overpopulated with crickets right now. But I loved my stay SO much, I will be coming back!
The bedding was clean and bath towels were nice and soft. Hotel is aged and the upkeep was not very detail. Seems like it lacks cleaning staff. The web pictures were very deceiving. This hotel is huge, and the customers were very limited. The breakfast area was spacious however, there were only two employees tried to provide services. Lack of cleanliness so guests have to clean the table before it can be used.
Positive: The breakfast was great, room was clean and spacious, pool was super nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Negative: We stayed here twice. The jacuzzi was out of order. This is not a major problem. I will probably always stay here when I visit.
Positive: The hotel located in a relatively quiet area and near major highway. It is a huge hotel with very little occupants. The beddings are clean, and the bath towels are soft. Negative: Hotel is aged, carpet is old. The breakfast area needs to be clean more often. The shower had no shampoo, and body wash was empty. Door frame and door of the bathroom can be more up to today (aged and falling apart), toilet seat not too comfortable.
The staff has made our stay so much more comfortable.
Carl, thanks for the blanket, Tammy and Ms. Ruby, thanks for the towels and conversation. Also, the ladies at the front desk, thanks for being kind and making sure we had great service.
Thanks to the nice young lady at the breakfast bar, she was friendly and helped me when needed.
They all made the decision to stay a couple more nights here or move to another hotel for two more nights a easy choice. We stayed. Thanks to all who get to see this review. They need raises 😃😁🙂
The hotel needs to update furniture. The bathroom sink would not drain properly or have hot water. Could only get hot water out of the shower faucets. The dresser was damaged. Breakfast was ok if it was hot. Had to reheat after getting. I would not stay again. Only stood one night. That was enough.

Great location for a wedding, breakfast or just a road trip! Hotel Bentley of Alexandria was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Brunch the next morning was like a dream! Very filling and great price. We ended up parking in the lot next to the
The check in process was easy and the staff was nice and very welcoming and made me feel like being a Hilton Honors was a compliment.
The room was very clean and smelled great. The internet worked seamless and the TV had plenty of working channnels
The first room, the TV, didn't work. The second room that they gave us the fridge didn't work, and we lost some food. Other than those problems, the stay was great, and the staff was terrific. I like LA Quinta.
I've been wanting to go since I first heard about this place! I was not disappointed! It was super fun, pretty spooky, and the puzzles were JUST the right level of difficult. I was afraid it would either be too easy or too difficult, but it was exact
1st time in this establishment. Was greeted with a smile and bubbly personality. Our waitress was great. She continued to check on us even though she was busy. I did ask how our lunch arrived before the appetizer, she apologized and brought it to us.
The Alexandria Museum of Art is a cultural haven that seamlessly blends contemporary flair with a deep appreciation for artistic traditions. From the moment you step through its doors, you're greeted by a vibrant atmosphere that celebrates creativity
Amazing place and awesome historical importance. This is a must go to place to learn of history. Strongly recommend paying for a guided tour. Stepping into this place is like stepping into history. A must stop for anyone visiting Louisiana!
Stopped while my car was getting new tires down the street. The place was quiet and the waiter/host greeted me at the door.
Looking at the menu I decided on the chicken chettinad as well as some garlic naan (thatâs what pushed the price slightly ov
Love this park.I needed a place to walk after 3 hospital stays with pneumonia. I walk early in the morning usually when its dark and I FEEL VERY SAFE THEIR. They have lights on the path and other ppl are always walking. Its clean and kept up well. M
This place was amazing! Traveling through on our way somewhere else, but worth a stop! Everything came out fresh and hot. The pork is done wonderfully (especially the summer rolls). I had the shaking beef and I couldnât get enough. If you live here
The BEST restaurant in Alexandria. We will definitely take the drive just to eat here again. There was a staffing shortage when we visited, but it was handled so gracefully that you don't even notice. We felt so welcomed, like we were eating dinner w
