Best Western Oakbrook Inn - Hotel in Westmont - 669 Pasquinelli Dr, USA

The check in was smooth and easy. The staff at the front desk was professional, kept a smile and his face and very nice. He mentioned the free breakfast for our stay and times. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel was close to many restaurants, which easy to get to from the hotel. Our beds were very much comfortable and I had a great night sleep. The only downfall was there was no pool. However, I would stay in this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly and provided outstanding service. The Breakfast is great!, The rooms are comfortable, have plenty of space and have all the amenities you need, but are a bit dated (no smart TVs, ect). The internet connection was really good. You can hear some noises from one room to the next, or movement above you. For the price and location - a great choice.

It was a great hotel for a one night stay but the quality of our hotel room wasn’t great at all. We have found dead bugs (including bed bugs) in our bed and all over the room , so we requested some new bedding . Our room was dirty and the floors weren’t so great either since there were bugs everywhere . Just seeing the bugs made me itch my skin all night .We stayed in Room 100 . Overall my personal experience here wasn’t great and I won’t be returning .

We stay here regularly when in the area. It's in a very quiet location which I enjoy. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. They offer a breakfast that includes a made to order omelet bar which is very much appreciated. The staff is usually very nice and welcoming. This last time we stayed the check in process was delayed due to the front desk person holding an extended personal conversation with another guest. The line grew so long people had family come in from the parking lot to check on them since they were "taking so long".

I took a chance because most negative Google reviews were not current, and I'm glad I did. It is affordable and close to my family living in Western Springs. This facility was updated & clean. Always someone at the front desk--courteous & helpful. Not something I've experienced the last 5 years of traveling. Aside from the standard items one might find at the complimentary breakfast, I found great-tasting hot items including made-to-order omelets. I haven't stayed at a Best Western in a while, but if this is their standard I'm ditching Wyndham/Days Inn. Great job all! Easy access to the city OR other suburbs as it is close to major interstates and a Metra station not far away. Recommend

It's not the worst hotel out there, I'm sure, but I won't be staying here again. First impression in the parking lot...lots of weeds growing up in the islands. Didn't appear that the building was being taken care of. The hotel felt dated and a tad run down. Spill stains on the carpet in the hallways, wallpaper peeling off the walls, stairwells up to the second floor smelled bad. Inside the room, there was A LOT of noise from the highway. There was a lot of light coming from the hallway from the cracks around the door. Burned out light bulb in the bathroom. Toilet seat installed crooked, so it slid every time you sat down on the toilet. ONE employee greeted us while we were there. Others just let us walk by without even saying hello. We did not eat the breakfast while we were there, bc quite honestly, seeing the rest of the hotel and how it was cared (or not) for did not make me want to EAT there! The dining room was also quite dated looking. Surrounding Oakbrook seems to be a very nice area, so I was disappointed in the hotel. It was not a comfortable stay and I would not recommend it.

The room 123 is remodeled, which is a nice change instead of a grungy carpet. The morning breakfast with a nice omelet was a great way to start your day. Please clean the air filters regularly.

Clean and quiet Best Western. Nothing fancy, which, these days is what I want when I am just needing a place to rest my head :-) we arrived late and left early and it met our needs for a good nights sleep and a safe place to stay. I appreciated the kind desk clerk, EXTRA OUTLETS HY THE BED— yay! Updated bathroom, and in room AC that worked well (even with high humidity) and had a fan that had the “constant” setting. Highly recommend if you too are looking for a queen, quiet and nothing fancy.
