Best Western North Edge Inn - Hotel in Dodge City - 404 W Frontview St, USA

Brought our granddaughters here to visit The Boot Hill Museum, we stayed here for the night. Staff were so very helpful, we had connecting rooms! I usually call the hotel directly to make reservations and explained about traveling with our girls. | The rooms were very nice! Ours included a small kitchen. Plenty of room, beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options. Very tasty and the coffee was great! Strong and delicious, thank you for that! | Be sure and use the pool! Very nice, located outside in front of the building. |Nice bathroom right there along with a grill. Wonderful lighting inside the pool and outside too. Very relaxing…..| Thank you to all the staff for an exceptional stay!

The pool was very nice. We had only one float for 3 of us. The GM, Brent bought 2 more! Highly recommend. Very nice staff. Good coffee and complimentary breakfast. Property is well maintained | and super clean. We used Uber to go to the casino, a brewery and Boot Hill distillery.

Locations is good and room was nice and clean. However customer service was not nice during my stay. Muffins were sitting out ready to be put in the breakfast area shortly before 6am when breakfast starts, so I grabbed one as I was on my way out and the front desk employee was incredibly rude and said that breakfast doesn’t start until 6am. If food is sitting out ready to be placed on the breakfast area counter, I see absolutely no reason why it should be a problem for a paying guest to grab something. Also I booked my travel through a 3rd party app as per my company’s travel policy, needed to make a last minute change from 3 nights to 2 nights. The hotel refused to allow a change to the reservation even though there was a 2 day notice.

Our family was in town for a reunion and had several families staying at this facility. The rooms we comfortable, lovely and quiet. The staff was kind and accommodating. The General Manager was engaging. We spent time at the outdoor pool a couple of times and the kids had a blast while we had space to gather a visit. This was by far the best stay we have had in Dodge and will be returning in the future.

It was a big comfortable clean room with kitchen. It was a clean and safe area. We liked that it was convenient to our travels and not in town. Friendly staff. There is another Best Western in town but it looks a little closed in. It was not too far from the Dodge City Museum.

Cross-country road trip, motel #14: We were glad we chose this Best Western, which is in a quiet location, far from the train. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchenette was handy. It's also pet-friendly, with a large grassy area. The pool looked nice, as did the fitness room, but we didn't have time to use them. We'd return if we're ever in the area again.

Friendly hotel staff and very clean room! Brent, the hotel owner/manager was extremely helpful, friendly, and took care of all of his guests. He gave me a ride to and from the airport & recommended good places to eat. He was very thoughtful and kind. If I ever have to return, I will most definitely be choosing Best Western again!!
