Best Western New Albany - Hotel in New Albany - 400 MS-30, USA

Up from Texas and got stuck for the winter storm here. The owner/manager and his family let everyone stay home and worked most the shifts until the roads cleared some for others to come in. No breakfast was available, but no one could get there so am not faulting them for that. I had bread and they let me use the toaster. Staff were amazing during this and specifically the owner who offered me a ride to get breakfast the day I decided to brave the iced roads to leave. All in all, was a great stay considering a lot of us just got stuck. They did an impressive job of keeping it going considering. Walls are a bit thin and some cosmetic stuff could be done, but overall the stay and staff earned a 5 star rating. Back in Texas now I really appreciate the outstanding service. I stayed from Thursday 11 Jan and checked out Friday the 19th. From us to you, thank you for the safe, warm and amazing stay!

We stayed here on a recent work trip. The rooms were clean and roomy. Housekeeping was friendly the room was well stocked with extra towels they even provided a shower cap. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we are in the area.

The room impressed me with its quality, boasting fluffy pillows and efficient air conditioning. The shower provided ample hot water with a strong, invigorating pressure. The breakfast alone justified the stay, as everything was freshly cooked in the back. Both the night and day receptionists were exceptionally sweet.

Roads were icy during a winter storm in January 2024 stop to get some rest. Room was way to expensive for what you got. But I was exhausted from driving. Went to the room was very nice got ready for bed TV from another room was very loud tryed to call the front desk phone would not connect. Next morning at checkout told the front desk person about it ... She could have cared less offer nothing as compensation. Just a oh I'm sorry. There was no breakfast available for guests. In all, I would never stay at this or any Best Western again. Walls are thin noise is a real problem .Customer service just SUCKS.
