Best Western Naples Inn & Suites - Hotel in Naples - 2329 9th St N, USA

I’ve stayed here 7+ times but was recently disappointed. Cold night and they ran out of blankets so I had to use towels to cover myself because I was cold. Also found a roach or beetle (not sure which one can’t tell the difference) in the bathroom but it’s Florida so I really don’t blame them for that. The covers are not thick enough yet they have a limited supply for the guests. Seems cheap to me. We tried turning on the heating but it was extremely dusty and the whole room began to smell. First bad experience unfortunately. The lady at the front desk was very kind however. One of the hot tubs was scorching hot and the other one was cold. The breakfast here is always good though and the location is great.

We really loved this hotel very charming. We were not bothered by the renovation, we enjoyed our nice old fashioned suite front of the swimming pool. We loved the nice plants and garden. We had a very nice time with our 5 years little boy The staff was not very friendly but it's OK.

Niveau extérieur sympa. Mais plusieurs éléments sont inadmissibles: propretés très mauvaises dans les chambres, il manquait un lit et des draps..On a dû changer de chambre, mais aucun mot d excuse. Grand manque d hospitalité: lorsqu’un client quitte l’hôtel, on lui souhaite un bon voyage et on ne peut se contenter de dire: « c est bon, tout est payé ».

We had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. We came an hour early and we were rudely told by the front desk employee that our room was not ready because she “hasn’t received the list of available rooms yet”. Mind you it was already 2 PM and check in was at 3. When we got our room, we discovered it was not available and was currently going under maintenance so this was yet another inconvenience we had to go through and figure out. In addition, the shower did not have cold water and only put out scorching hot water and not to mention the flies that swarmed the food during breakfast. Overall, our experience was less than desirable and we will not be staying here ever again.

Breakfast was literally the best part of my stay there. They had workers standing by in case you needed anything. Very accommodating. Not to mention, the pool and jacuzzi were absolutely phenomenal...and did I mention they have the coolest koi fish ponds throughout the property. There's bicycles you can rent right there to ride around town. I definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately rooms are old. Everything stinks in the rooms, like old things. Very old, dirty carpet. Everything is outdated. They are working on room updates, but won't be done until next year 2024. We won't stay here again, not until they upgrade the rooms. Housekeeping and other services were above acceptable, very happy.

Be aware of the charges. Called and was given a $141 rate per night for three nights by Gustavo. However, they ended up charging us almost $200 more for e esch additional night. Other than Gustavo and Jim (Manager) service was nice. Don't recommend staying somewhere where you can't trust the front desk or the manager to hold the word or mistakes made by their employees.

Positive: Pretty good location. Staff was professional.. Negative: This was one of the worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Do not stay in Room 236! The carpeting was stained, the curtains have holes, the couch was dirty, the room smelled, the bath tub was dirty and gross. Shocked at the conditions.
