Best Western Montis Inn - Hotel in St Robert - 14086 State Hwy Z, USA

Very nice an welcoming guys at check in and even when we checked out. Was thanked as being a rewards member. The room was clean an well cared for. Nice location close to the highway an lots of places to eat within just a couple miles. Fair price the do offer breakfast too get you morning started. Will be back again soon. Recommend this for a stay

Room was very nice, clean. Staff very friendly. Location was perfect. There were no issues with anything in the room not functioning. Continental breakfast is small. Not a lot of items, but the items available were more than sufficient. Price was great.

Very clean rooms and quiet place. Man that checked me in was very nice. Broke down here Parked across the way at the truck stop and walked over. He mention truck parking around back I looked it’s very small but I appreciated him offering. Fair price on rooms offered me some bottle water since I walked (97 degrees).

Had really nice experience. Staff at this motel were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Also had warm breakfast and ambiance was nice too

We stayed here, due to the affordability of the room and the proximity to the concert we were attending. Though it was about an hour away from the concert venue, this was not perceived as a bad thing.||Overall the room was comfortable. The only downfall was the water pressure in the shower. It was almost non-existent and made it very difficult to shower.||Other than that, everything was as expected.

The first room they gave me, I walked in and there was a brown spider on the pillow. I checked the next bed and an insect ran out from underneath the covers towards me and I ran out of the room. When I told the front desk person, he didn't seem surprised and did not offer any apologies. That should have been a red flag right there and I should have gotten my money back. It was the middle of the night and we had already been on the road for over 9 hours.....so that's my fault! Anyway, the night manager and I walked to a different room, I inspected the BEDS ONLY and didn't find any bugs. When he left, and we began unpacking the car, I found a big spider on the wall behind the door (see pictures) and some sort of insect sac hanging from the ceiling. My husband killed the spider and some other insects in the bathroom. This place is trash and I would NEVER stop here again. The pool is there but non-existent and needs to be covered up before someone falls in. The washing machine didn't work! There is no place to walk your dog for their business because the grass area is full of poop that has never been picked up ever! When the manager replies to this post, he will state I asked for my money back, yes I did and I didn't get it. We looked over the room together, which we did, I only inspected the two beds and not the rest of the room, obviously because a giant spider was waiting behind the door and other insects in the bathroom! The point is, stay here if you don't mind insects and getting bit while sleeping in your clothes! I did not bring any of my belongings into the room except my purse and a small blanket from my car. The staff doesn't care about its customers only money. When the manager replies back, let us see if he will address why there are so many spiders INSIDE the guest rooms and what his plans are to ensure this doesn't happen to other guests. That's what I want to know!

Booked a non-smoking pet friendly room but was given a smoking room (Which I had no idea still existed) instead. Was given $5 cash for the inconvenience, because manager didn’t want to adjust the bill. Would not recommend this Best Western.

Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. CAUTION (for families with more than two children): This Best Western strictly enforces a no more than 4 people per room policy, even with minor children. We have four children, all under 10 and have stayed in multiple Best Western hotels and other chains, with no requirement to get another room, but here we were required to get a second room. The manager on duty said it was a corporate policy and something about the fire marshal shutting them down if they had more than 4 per room. He worked with me to get two rooms with a shared interior door, which was nice and gave a small discount, but didn't change the fact that my price doubled with having to get another room. This was a bizarre and unexpected situation but we made it work. I do not recommend this location for families with more than two children for that reason, but I'm sure it would work just fine for smaller parties.
