I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was clean, quite, and and the staff is great. The pool is small but very clean and was never too crowded.
I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. I had 2 minor inconveniences that were rectified very quickly. I then had a cancelled flight and was able to book an additional night with no issues at all. I had to change rooms because the one I was occupying was needed but Julie was so kind and brought my new room keys up to me so I didn't have to come downstairs in my pajamas.
I have family in the area and will certainly be staying here again.
The hotel was nice & the staff very friendly. The room was nice & clean & air conditioning worked just fine as did the coffee maker & refrigerator in the room. Our only complaint with the room would be that the mattress was much too soft for our liking. Overall, it was a good room for the one night we needed it, but the price point is very high for this hotel room. I don't know if it had anything to do with the Memorial Day weekend, or if it is this particular area, but next time I would look for something better at that price point or something similar at a better price.

The hotel was great. The rooms were nice, there's a pool, and the people up front are great. Judy the evening shift women was amazing. All smiles ready to help. It's close enough to a gas station and Waffle House for quick eats. Only complaint is that there is a washer and dryer on the premises but the dryer didn't dry even after two cycles which cost us 6 dollars.
Great location right off I-10. Great stopping point on a cross country trip. The Property is very nice, and quiet. The room was great, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. This was my second visit to this property and I will stay there again!

Honestly, everything at this hotel was great and met our expectations with the exception of one thing.
The microwave and the counter where the microwave and small sink are located was terribly dirty.
We found food crumbs and three prescription pills under the microwave. I know if we could easily spot the pills the cleaning crew should have been able to spot them and dispose of them. This could have been a very dangerous situation for someone traveling with a small child who could have easily put these colorful pills in their mouth and ingested them. Other than that the room, bedding, and other areas were very clean and comfortable. Management should talk to the cleaning crew and have them be more careful and pay closer attention to these types of areas for the safety of guests with small children.
Quiet, clean, well kept, and close to the interstate for those passing through on I-10 or for those who want to stay out from Pensacola/Milton a bit. Breakfast was your standard free breakfast and the area was well kept. The work out room was small, but at least they had one. The pool area looked nice and was busy. I will stay there again when visiting the area.
This Best Western was clean and conveniently located for us. It is not close to attractions or the beach but we were visiting family. I’m not a big fan of not having a top sheet on the bed but I understand that is what many hotels are doing now. Breakfast was provided. The scrambled eggs were excellent.

Great little hike for a family. Short, and trails can get muddy after rain. Beautiful area but you will drive through a neighborhood to arrive, so it can seem like you're going the wrong way, but Google Maps directions are accurate.

AWESOME!!! Had the Myrtle Burger. Was juicy, well seasoned, and DELICIOUS, paired with the sweet potato fries. Cooks had the burger up faster than fast food, brought it right to me. The juice from the burger was so good I soaked my sweet potato fries
