Best Western Marion Hotel - Hotel in Marion - 400 Comfort Dr, USA

Affordable, clean hotel rooms, a friendly staff, and a pool. The staff was wonderful! We arrived around 3 am and were given a late checkout at 1 pm, without being charged extra for it! The front desk said since it was so late that would allow us "to get some rest" before hitting the road again, The free breakfast was huge! There were waffles, eggs, potatoes, briskets and gravy, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, oatmeal, milk, juice, coffee, etc. Since it was early I went down to breakfast alone. The staff noticed and gave me a big tray to bring food back to the room for the other 3 people with me so when they woke up they could eat too! I would highly recommend this hotel!

We were on a road trip so this location was convenient! Pretty good service at the front desk, had free cookies in the lobby. Lobby, halls and room smelled fresh! Hot tub was out be we did swim in the pool. Breakfast was delicious and staff kept the area clean during breakfast hours. I would stay at this location again!

The room was clean. Air conditioning worked great! The toilet was way too low. We laughed and felt like we were going on the floor. Dresser was very low so tv was so low that when you were in bed, it couldn’t be seen well. Beds were comfortable and girl at front desk was super friendly and helpful. She even came to bring the luggage carrier back. Breakfast was large with lots of options.

After reading reviews, you’re always feeling like you’re taking a risk on hotels. This one did not disappoint. Blake at the front desk was a joy during check in. Room was clean & comfortable. Internet worked great. Breakfast was top notch for a hotel breakfast. Free warm cookies! Very happy with our stay.

Positive: The room was clean, organized and cool (in the summer). I appreciated that the hotel housekeeping staff cleaned up during my stay. This is rare during and after the pandemic. Negative: The location is not bad, just not off the main street of the city.

Excellent place to stay -- comfy beds, quiet environment at night, cannot hear the traffic outside the windows, and no one in the hallway during night hours. Breakfast choices were outstanding -- lots of attention to details by the Breakfast One-Man Show! Plenty of food for everyone that showed up to eat. Definitely will be back. This stay for us was 4 nights, including July 4th, and we were on the first floor.

the rooms were clean. we used the pool, everything was clean there too. great hot breakfast. very polite staff. once again i want to say thanks to mike who worked at the reception. my car battery died and he helped jumpstart my car (there is a jumpstart cable in the hotel) and he gave me his car for this. i recommend!

Nice, friendly folks willing to help. Clean comfortable rooms with everything you need: mini-fridge, microwave, wifi, tv & a big bed to crash in after a long day. I haven't checked the pool yet, but it looks inviting. I recommend the continental breakfast served every morning. No, I don't work here, just enjoy a good motel, since I stay 7-9 months a year in motels.
