We needed a spot to rest over night and this was the best location for it. Check in was super friendly and the sleep was OK, except for a decent amount of highway noise. The hotel itself is quite in need of a refurb, but it’s clean. We appreciated the overnight security in the parking lot for our RV a lot! Would probably return when making the trek from SoCal to NorCal again.

Front Desk was helpful/generous/over communicated everything about hotel. Made my stay great. Near a lot of restruants walking distance which was a huge plus. Nice little fitness room. Definitely would recommend if in town of Tracy.

I'm a loyal customer to the Best Western brand as I sue the hotel chain throughout California, Oregon and Nevada for overnight and extended stays for my associates working away from the home office here in Sacramento. The reservations are easily made online with a quick follow-up call to the chosen hotel for an authorization.||The BW Luxury Inn was a great choice for an unplanned overnight stay for an associate returning from the South Bay area. Rooms were great along with exceptional customer service. I plan to use them again.

It was just fine. I would have loved to use the pool but it was way too windy. The laundry is accessible and breakfast was just fine. The staff was friendly too. I’ll stay there again if I’m in the area. Now if I only could get my reward points

Rooms were spacious, modern, exceptionally clean. Safe neighborhood conveniently located for food, gas and shopping. Outside areas were also clean and quiet. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Unfortunately, the higher hotel management ignored my do not disturb sign while I was on night shift, did not apologize for waking me and cutting my sleep for the day extremely short, and being overall aggressive about cleaning the room. I had to tape notes to the door to avoid being disturbed despite Crystal putting internal notes on my room files. It was unacceptable to ignore a do not disturb sign so aggressively. The housekeeping service aggressively knocked, was trying the door, and someone called the room which eventually woke me up. Everyone was extremely combative that day (5/16) about getting in to clean. I still do not understand why they had to wake me up because my colleagues rooms were not cleaned.

Hotel staff is directed to ignore do not disturb signs at random which can lead to being disrupted during the day. Otherwise, staff is very kind and professional. They are only following the orders of the owner / manager. Unfortunately, the higher hotel management ignored my do not disturb sign while I was on night shift, did not apologize for waking me and cutting my sleep for the day extremely short, and being overall aggressive about cleaning the room. I had to tape notes to the door to avoid being disturbed despite Crystal putting internal notes on my room files that I did not need housekeeping services. Crystal was the one to make a special request not to disturb me during the day (excellent attention to detail, anticipation of needs, and customer service). It was unacceptable to ignore a do not disturb sign so aggressively. The housekeeping service loudly knocked for an excessive amount of time (minutes to fully wake me up), was trying the locked door, and someone called the room which eventually woke me up. Everyone was extremely combative that day that I spoke to (5/16) about getting in to clean and I still do not understand why they had to wake me up. *Edit post response from BW to provide clarity - I want to very specifically document in my review my recollection of the BW response on 5/16. When I was woken up by the phone ringing, I was not awake enough to answer but realized there was someone at the door trying to get in by trying the handle and knocking loudly. I was told by the staff at the door that they needed to do housekeeping. I told them it wasn’t going to be possible as I was sleeping 8-5. The house keeping staff was not receptive to this but decided to move on with the cleaning other rooms. I was concerned that this would happen again so I called the front desk to let them know I was woken up and to please request that they not housekeep as I would be sleeping during regular housekeeping hours. They responded they needed to housekeep and couldn’t they come in for just 15-20 min. I responded that I would be sleeping and they could not come in between 8-5. We continued back and forth in a similar fashion until for the first time in my life I asked to speak to a manager. The manager essentially said the same thing, which I continued to say that’s not going to work, I’ll keep clean and leave my trash outside the door. The manager kept requesting to clean the room as they needed to clean every 3 days in accordance with their policy. I said no, I am sleeping please do not disturb me again otherwise I will go to another hotel. In these three conversations (housekeeping at my door, front desk attendant, and manager), I just wanted a real apology for waking me up and assurance they would not do it again. My recollection is that I got more of “sorry BUT we need to clean” than a real apology that early afternoon. I spoke with the front desk that late afternoon on my way out, who was very apologetic and wanted to make things right immediately. This was the first time that day I got a real apology and assurance that I would not be woken up again. Crystal also apologized, although I knew it was absolutely not her fault. BW Tracy exceeded my expectations for customer service outside of this incident. It’s very clean and it’s clear the staff goes above and beyond. It was just a cleaning policy that was aggressively enforced that day. I’m sure many guests will be extremely happy with their stay. The hot breakfast options quality varies from day to day, but is well stocked. If you don’t want to be disturbed by housekeeping, be very proactive about preventing that beyond the do not disturb sign. End of Edit* It was unprofessional and I received no apologies from the person responsible, only insistence that they absolutely needed to get in to clean. I understand that some guests trash rooms and it’s hard to play catch up on cleaning, but I left the room very clean. All my attached photos are at the end of my stay. I would not recommend staying here if you expect privacy when the do not disturb sign is up.

Gross. Poor service. Cockroaches around pool. AC doesn’t cool. Guests allowed to smoke all around premises, in pool area. Stinks like smoke the minute you walk in the lobby. Rooms smelled weird.
