Elizabeth and Destiny were very gracious hosts, very polite and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a poolside view. The pool was awesome, so was the workout room. Breakfast was delicious, and the other guests were very polite and friendly. I highly recommend this location. I will be returning soon. The whirlpool tubs aren't in any of the suites anymore since the renovation, but as long as I got a bath tub to soak in and relax, and shave my body, I'm fine with that. Overall an amazing stay for me and my babies. They loved it too. Very good job by everyone.

Hotel was clean. Room was clean. Carpet appeared new. Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. Decent size room with microwave and refrigerator. I felt it was a good value for a quick overnight stay. Outside there was a picnic area with gas grill & outdoor pool. Hotel felt safe and was in an area with other hotels. Tumbleweed Restaurant and Cracker Barrel within easy walking distance as well as other fast food.

This Best Western was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast room was clean , well tended and the food was hot. We would stay here again. The price was reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our only problem was a shower curtain that didnt adequatley prevent water from getting on the floor.

The staff at this Best Western really know the meaning of "Southern Hospitality". No matter who was at the Front Desk they were helpful and upbeat. The facility was clean, quiet and the breakfast selections tasty. I was actually attending a week long event in Bardstown, about a half hour drive south of here. However the rate I got for a multiple day stay made the drive well worth it.

Overall a great hotel. No complaints, very clean place to stay the night. It had acomfortable bed and pillows, nice easy check-in/check out. Great location, Close to highway. Very helpful staff, giving recommendations for food/ shopping.

Our experience with the Front Desk and Manager was fabulous! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate requests. We were travelling from Alberta Canada . However! Our room was a different story. The overall size was great. We needed a sofa bed to accommodate for our family needs. When I went to open the sofa bed up there was no bedding. The staff explained that they don’t make the bed prior in case it’s not used for a long time. I was told that we can receive bedding for ours and make it. If I was a travelling at night time this is a huge inconvenience. I would like to suggest that if they have a booked reservation for that room they make it prior to arriving. Also I’m submitting a picture of the pull out sofa. It was atrocious. It needs to be thrown out. I’m submitting a photograph. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with getting bedding for us. It’s unfortunate that for the price we paid for the Derby weekend. We were told in advance that everything was booked solid for the 150 th Birthday for the Kentucky Derby. We didn’t feel asking for a new room was an option. In closing! Carrie the Manager and her front office staff were fantastic. Thank you! Vivian

My wife and I had a Great stay on our travels south. The desk clerk was very helpful finding an excellent restaurant nearby. Conveniently located near the highway but did not hear any road noise. Gas stations were nearby with competitive pricing.

Positive: The hospitality. Every time we walked in the front door the staff had a pleasant attitude. The breakfast options were great. There was fruit, waffles, sausage patties, sausage links, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, milk and cereal. Negative: No, not at all.
