I'm having a hard time getting clean sheets. One would think that it would be the minimum expectation. When I asked for clean sheets, I was met with nasty attitudes and no solution.
Pictures are much better than the actual building. Location is so isolated, right next to a freeway, super dark around, doesn’t feel safe to walk around and there are no accesible restaurants or places to walk around. The shuttle times were so inaccurate, I had to pay Lyft to get to the airport, even when the staff was available to take us since we were only 10min away from the airport they didn’t want to. The rooms had a strong odor. My hotel in the midtown Manhattan was way cheaper, nicer and staff was super accommodating.
Wouldn't stay here for more than 1 night. Nothing nearby for food or entertainment and the other reviewers weren't kidding about the folks loitering outside the hotel. On the positive side: the room was clean, the front desk agent was nice, the bathroom was updated and the shower was doing with good water pressure, the mattress was comfortable, and the airport shuttle is convenient.
10 minute shuttle from JFK Airport to the hotel was an added touch of convenience. The check in process was quick and hassle free. The room is relatively spacious and is clean. The bed is large and comfortable and allows for a good night's rest. Breakfast is adequate and the dining area is clean; the dining room attendant tops up any food that is running low promptly. The service here is excellent and I will choose to stay here again.
We stayed one night at the Best Western JFK. There was plenty of parking (a provided pass was supplied) and someone was at the register, waiting to help us upon arrival. Check-in was painless and the room was small, but comfortable and clean. It contained a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub. Luckily, the hotel wasn't too busy because we could hear practically everything in the hallways with the door closed. My only complaints are that the door required a sufficient "push" in order to close it and the pillows gave us both a neck ache the next morning. Other than that, a very nice hotel.
Good location for hotel if your flying out of JFK. They do a free shuttle to the airport if you need several times in the day. The hotel is comfortable but basic, and I thought quite expensive for what we received. We booked on line and our bedroom had two large singles or small doubles. It was a tight fit as my husband is a big guy and the two children are aged 5 and 10 so we would have preferred a larger room and beds. We were a little disappointed with our room, but it was clean and comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was basic, but quite ok and did the job. The staff were helpful and friendly and welcoming.
The hotel was amazing, the staff was so friendly and caring. The breakfast is amazing! The only downfall is the sausage and more filling breakfast has been changed from turkey to pork and we do not eat pork. It really bothered us as we could only eat the eggs and toast of some sort.. Please make the sausage back to turkey!
Also the cleanliness was alright, it could be a little more clean..

As for late night meals the options are not the greatest...
Overall My family and I really enjoyed our stay here!
Please get rid of the pork meals!!

We used this as an overnight stop coming from Egypt and catching our connection the next day. It is perfect for that. Its very easy to get to federal circle at the airport where they pick you up in their shuttle. Several options for food delivery. The rooms are small but, it was clean and quiet. I don't see this hotel as a destination but for a stop over, it's perfect. Reasonable rates too considering where it is.
