Best Western J. C. Inn - Hotel in Junction City - 604 E Chestnut St, USA

I don't know how this hotel has a 4.0 rating. This what we got for 140$ a night: The sink in our room was leaking and it smelled like death and humidity in there. The carpet in the whole room felt moist somehow. AC was very loud. The rooms are old, and there is dirt in the bathroom corners that even the best cleaning person probably can't remove anymore. Oh, and when we left, there was water leaking from the ceiling in the lobby. Thank God we just spent 1 night on our road trip there. The location is practical, though, right next to Aldi. Staff is also very nice. Also, please don't respond with "we have no reservation with your name," we booked under my boyfriend's name.

The staff at this place is ROUGH. They were cussing and arguing loudly while we ate breakfast and they couldn’t guarantee that our reservation and confirmation number would guarantee a room or that the room would be clean if we could get one. The main desk person who checked us in was making out with somebody in the parking lot the next day. Overall, the value of the place did not equal the price of the stay. Pros: Decent location Good selection of soap, shampoo, conditioner - the showers were actually pretty nice. Cons: Unprofessional Staff - Cussing, speaking rudely to guests Breakfast was noticeably not fresh or prepared well compared to other hotels

The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. There was not an elevator but it was a short flight of stairs to our room. Abbe (not sure how to spell his name) at the front desk and assisting with breakfast was very nice and we appreciated all his help and hard work.

This is an older hotel that is serviceable. Our night clerk was pleasant and helpful. Common areas are tired, and the carpet badly in need of replacing. Our room was clean and the bed quite firm but comfortable enough. The big let down was breakfast. It sounded great judging by the whiteboard on the reception counter, but an hour in, there were no scrambled eggs or coffee, and other selections, such as yogurt, were nearly finished. We saw no one actually monitoring the buffet during our 20 minutes or so there, but we did see other guests opening the empty serving container with some disappointment. Coffee was refilled after we let the front desk know it was out. From the reviews, we had higher hopes for this property.

Clean, quiet, and the normal Best Western breakfast at a great price. Front desk gal was helpful with a few specific questions we had. Pool was a great temperature. Treadmill did not work during our visit.||We've stayed here before and will visit again. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel.

The location was convenient. The hotel was clean and the room was nice, but then walls are very thin and I heard constant noise. I was woken up at 6am by loud dog barking, which did not stop for two hours, and I could hear the other guests watching tv late at night

We have had the best experience ever! We broke down bringing our son and daughters in law home. We were only 40 minutes or so.into our trip. The staff were the best and most accommodating we have ever had the pleasure of spending time with! Beds were comfortable, breakfast was very good! We left a thank you basket for all the help they gave us! Best place to stay ever!

The room was very expensive and not clean. The floor creaked really really bad. I also woke up with bug bits. I’m assuming bed bugs. My son did too. I’m not posting him he’s only 2. For $120 a night i would stay away. I had to clean all my luggage and all my kids blankets. Very unsatisfying experience. The room was in my husbands name. It was the night of the hail storm
