We recommend this Best Western if you are visiting the Mountain Winery. Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Good and safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds. we enjoyed the breakfast with good options. I would have given 5 stars but the pool could have been bigger and updated.

This was a nice and quiet location right off the busy stretch. So you're close to all the shops and restaurants but far enough away from the noises. There is a small pool too. The rooms were clean and the bed and linens were comfortable so it was a relaxing environment! We would definitely stay here again! And the breakfast was one of the better breakfasts we've had at all the BW hotels we've stayed at across the states.

Excellent hotel with an outstanding staff. This is a real gem of a hotel. ||Well maintained, very convenient to the highway and ample free parking. It is also very quiet. Also glad to know it is pet friendly for the next time I visit I’ll have my dog with me. ||I will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed the architecture and design of this hotel. I stayed on the 2nd floor and the room was very clean and relatively quiet. I had a good night rest there. The breakfast overall is quite good. The strawberries were very sweet and good quality. I wished that the hotel had cranberry juice. I also did not notice there was water for breakfast (it likely was there and I did not notice). The quality of the blueberries could have been better. I was satisfied with the overall stay.

Attractive, large and very clean rooms. Wonderful free breakfast with lots of variety and everything hot stayed hot. Handicap room was better than most with a great shower. They could use more padding in the carpeting in rooms on the second floor to lessen the noise. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This motor hotel has updated, quiet rooms with Keurig coffee and friendly service. They have an included breakfast which was delicious. Breakfast included fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, melon, pineapple), eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, coffees, juices, yogurts etc. It's a buffet with limited service too. Service was friendly everywhere including housekeeping, front desk and breakfast room. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the center of Los Gatos. I would definitely return here.

Booked a very last minute hotel in Los Gatos tonight. So clean, so pretty and fresh, service has been stellar and the location is ideal for our stay. Room was huge which is great and they had no problem with us wheeling in three mountain bikes, thankfully. They are dog friendly (all sizes!) so will def come back with my pups in tow. Still mildly shocked this is a Best Western as it’s really a charming little hotel. This will be my new go to when visiting the South Bay!

Arrive before 3? That costs extra. Arrive for breakfast after 9? You’re late. Tough luck. Those yogurts in the locked fridge? No! You can’t have one because it’s after 9! I told you that! Charming? No. Clean? It’s ok. ||Come back? We sure won’t! At any price.
